Vi læste mange dårlige anmeldelser inden vi ankom og forventede det værste, men vi blev meget positivt overraskede. Lejligheden var meget rummelig, havde pæne toiletter og sengene var fine at sove i. Udsigt var også fin på trods af vi boede på nederste etage. Lokationen var også god, da det er tæt på strand og indre by, men stadig lidt væk fra støj og festen. Kan helt klart anbefale for dem der vil have en fin ferie lejlighed til få penge.

Det kunne godt trænge til en hovedrengøring, men intet man ikke kunne se bort fra. Wi-fi var også ringe.

Pool was good for this kids

Whole appartment was over dirty - cockroaches in kitchen, Washing machine leaking so enitre 5 days the laundry floor was wet - even after telling the maintenance team within first hour we got back oh um don;t know what to do. Carpet at door of bathroom was mouldy and wet and only got wetting the length of our stay. Runnish left under beds that we had to clean so it didn't look like it was us who left the place dirty

The swimming pool, spa and sauna are the one positive.

The apartment has been let go and certainly wouldn’t stay here again until this is addressed. The rooms are very tired and the level of cleanliness is appalling. The view from the forth floor was good but the windows were dirty inside and out. The staff are largely uninterested if and when on site. Also located on very busy road which doesn’t help. The photo below looks is grime on the skirting.

Location is good, apartment big and mostly comfortable.

The apartment is great, but there is very high, dangerous radiation in 70% of the apartment we booked, and because fully booked, could not change it. There is 3G/4G/5G antenna very, very close. Management sent mocking comments for telling them about it and asking for some refund.

Bed broke.

The location was good, close to the beach, shops, cafes etc.

The apartment was filthy and had not been cleaned. There was food spilt in the fridge, food splattered on the inside and outside of the microwave. There was old, mouldy food in a kitchen cupboard. The showers were dirty inside and out. The entire apartment had very dirty walls, doors and furniture. The carpet was stained and damaged. The curtains in the main bedroom were damaged and there were no curtains in the second bedroom. The washing machine did not work. There was no toaster or jug of any kind. The customer service was non-existent. Multiple emails and messages through the Booking.com app went unanswered. The front door to the apartment did not securely close.

Location was excellent

The TV was not working and mould on the ceiling near the windows.
