The property is in the middle of nowhere and the hotel is dead. The facilities are not kept to a good standard. The water in the swimming pool had mucus in it floating around. The bed sheet was not changed; we basically slept on the past user’s secretions and upon asking them three times to change the sheets they still did not do so. We had to take the sheets down to reception to forcefully change it. They shamelessly said we offer you a free lunch! Mr Benson, these incidents don’t even occur in 3-star hotels, let alone a so called 5-star one! We were so disrespected at this property. They are shameless.
