Big apartment, close to a good mall in Kampala too.
The couch was incredibly uncomfortable and possibly broken. The cleaner came into the room while I was trying to check out and pack my bags and even though politely asked, would not wait for 5 minutes - was quite weird.

Arcadia Suites' staff were wonderful and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. I liked the room and the location was central.
One outlet did not work, but there were others that did so it was not a problem.

I love the location and the cordial behaviour of the staff in Arcadia.
I was made to feel at home and my needs were well taken care of.
This is the 2nd time I stayed in Arcadia and I intend to keep going back there.
The main lift wasn't functioning.
I didn't like the fact that I had to cut my trip short.
The Aircon could have been been better and wouldn't cool that well.

Best location in kampala. Very accessible, clean and the staff was amazing. I recommend especially for those on vacation

Breakfast was good. The location is good - near Acacia Mall where you can find Carrefour supermarket and other stores.

The receptionist was rude as Me and my hubby requested for an extra chair and he said he couldn't add us I mean we wanted to have our meals on one table but it had one chair.how can u put one chair in a so called king suit room.
The room was beneath the restaurant and it was noisy. they were pulling chairs in the middle of the night

The staff were warm and friendly, very helpful too. The roof top 👌.. It was good to unwind here at the end of the day with the beautiful view of Kampala and watch the sun set.
The food portions are generous.
It would be great to have one an authentic Ugandan dish on the menu.
I had to ask for the electric kettle, the room had stuff for making tea/coffee but the kettle.

Location is fantastic as it is located to nearby, shopping malls, restaurants, bars. Breakfast was good, though it is limited with the choice. Available parking with 24hr security
The rooms have good soundproof installation you cannot hear any noise despite the Suites location at a busy road and neighborhood
Size of room a bit small but it was perfect for me as a single traveler.
The rooms need some maintenance as the air-conditioning and some appliances were not working well.

Very pleasant staff. Suite size have way better value than many 4 or 5star hotels/apartments I've stayed in in Uganda!!!

Breakfast was free for everyone. The breakfast options are limited though. The room was very nice.
There could have been activities offered at the hotel like live music or so. The bar didn't always have music on.
