Des nôtres arriver le réceptionniste nous as proposé un surclassement dans une magnifique suite, l’hôtel a l’air récent et la chambre était très propre parfait pour un séjour en couples

Il fait assez froid dans l’hôtel et dans la chambre la Clim ne chauffe pas énormément. Quand on se douche, il arrive que la salle de bain soit inondée.

I order a food and it was a disaster the chicken was loud may be and not clean I was surprised and they came to apology after I complained they offer me something else to eat but I refused as I can’t trust them . and during my check out I asked for someone to help with my luggage and no bidet came for 30 min and I have flight so I pushed my 3 luggages by my self to the lobby it was nightmare experience as it’s 5 stars hotel and too expensive frankly saying it’s over priced for such bad service.

Story Hotel is a dream staycation. It had all the components of a great holiday, hospitable staff, good food and drinks, beautiful views, and a room / suite that was fine furnished to the detail. The pool, gym, spa, gardens are special bonuses for a relaxing stay, perfect for digital nomads who need to work at the library or even book a conference room for meeting. High speed internet, private and common areas - its really ideal for remote workers and tourists on the go!

the rooms are nice and clean , and the location is superb. the staff in the reception are very humble and professional especially Mr Mehdi and Mr Hussam.

for the value price of it , its not worth it. and during our stay it was Eid and there was no activities which was kind of upsetting.

Tgd hotel is so unique and calm. new and clean rooms. the interior is exceptional and the staff are so kind. I like the breakfast but it’s a la cart

The excellent hotel failed on the opening day of arrival. Asked for an ironing board, failed to turn up had to remind them. Asked to book a taxi, failed to book taxi had to walk to another hotel where friends were staying (Attending a wedding, not fun walking in the heat with nice clothes on)
