Breakfast was great as well the location

Every facility provided was great value to money

Clean and location wise excellent, overall great customer service.

Missing necessary items, reception part a bit slow sometimes.

Environment is good and room is very comfortable, food taste is excellent and room service is also very helpful

This was my seventh stay in this hotel, in past when Haider was there it was too good everything was perfect and I always prefer them, but now he left and management is not good anymore they need renovations satellite tv and dvd player both broken and most of all when you check out they try to steal your money by making extra bills. On my last stay they put snacks on me and when I said strictly they were already not in bar they removed it, this time they charge me extra 5000 for a bed sheet only I mean only for the bed sheet which is insane and they gave excuse that there is an oil stain and its not useable now, stain which came bcz i put omelette plate on bed I took it from them and gave it to my maid and its removed by one wash. They are lotting people now and i decided not to stay with them anymore.

Rooms are Neat and Clean .. Very good experience with royaute luxury hotel.. staff is very cooperative .. Good and Comfortable Place for families and couple's ..

I booked business suite buT booking .com show me to upgrade your room to premium becoz premium have sitting area so i switched to premium but when i visit there will no sitting space in premium..bye the way everything was Good ...

Everything was exceptional

Too much hot water in Summer in washroom....😖😖This problem should be solved..

location was v easy to find

i requested them to change my check in date they said we ll let u know but they didn’t and when I tried to call them but they didn’t reply. it was bit disappointing because it wasn’t a big issue

I liked the staff and the quality manager

The pictures i saw were of different sort a more spacious room while what i got wasn't that spacious i think the room i was staying in wasn't a premium suite
