Room was average. Sheets ripped and stained, however that's why it's cheap. Sheets and room were clean.

Location was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I saw the rooms one price up, those looked really nice.
The standard rooms are way too small. The bathroom is so small the sink doesn't even fit in it. The curtains were dirty with weird red stains.

The check-in was relatively quick. The pool/view is amazing. The location is also great.
Breakfast / hotel food menu is very poor and overpriced for what you get.

room is to small you can bearly walk around with out tripping over.
the shower is in the toilet there was hardly any water presure

the bed was comfortable, good location. you have the access to the beach just across the hotel.
the shower and the toilet are in a same tiny space.
I paid over 2200 baht for the sea view and thought the room would also be scaled up but apparently not.
