The location..

Not much, as it was way below expectations.

Low standard hotel. Missing basic amenities such as kettle, coffee. Only body soap in bathroom no sampoo and conditioner. There is phone in room but you have to guess how to call reception. AC needs service, not working at all. Asked the reception but no one came for any follow up though we were told about that. Wifi is there, but you have to ask the password at reception, they are not going to provide it without asking. In bathroom, shower was right in the middle of toilet seat and wash basin without any partition. You don’t get proper space to even stand there for a shower.

1. Good location for the purpose of my visit. 2. Easy parking. 3. Helpful hotel staff 4. Good ambience

Facilities not in working order during check-in - key not working for Room 128. Need a few calls to room service crew and reception to rectify causing inconvenience. - tv not working for room 129 - air cond not cool for room 129 resulting in request for room change to room 126. Aircond need to be set to below 20 deg C to feel cool. Suggestion : Please check all airconditioners and service them ( Filter clogged and the inside of acond blower mouldy for all three rooms mentioned). You will save electricity and more importantly, no customer complaints by servicing your air conditioners.
