I like walking, so when my room was at the "end" of the hall I was happy

It was a beautiful hotel in a fabulous location. It was very conveniently located. We loved the pool, especially for the kids.

I wasn't greatly impressed with the hotel buffet. I didn't think it was that good for the price that we paid. We also arrived late, and needed dinner for the us and the kids, and we only had the buffet option which was very expensive, and rushed as they closed half an hour after we got there.

Clean and easy access to all the places. Quiet and spaces. And smells really good!

A lot of amenities that I have not found in other hotels are available here (Ironing board, umbrella, shaving cream, mouth wash, etc). Everything you might need for your stay is already available inside the room. I liked the concept of sliding door to the bathroom entrance. The room is spacious and the bed is also large.

A few personal nitpicks. 1) The toilet does not have an electronic bidet (same as the ones in japan). It would be great if these types of toilets can be used here in the Philippines, particularly these types of hotels 2) The master switch for the lights cannot be easily reached from the bed. Lamp lights and bathroom lights cannot be turned off also from the bed. I think it’s better if all lights can be controlled from the bed. 3) The water output from the overhead shower and the handheld shower is uneven. Hot or warm water also changes to colder setting from time to time even if temperature is not being changed.

The space and cleanliness and the staff was very very helpful and friendly.

I didn’t like that the windows was dirty. Water marks all over. It wasn’t small ones. It was a big water mark which was very disappointing as we book the bay view. We also had to wait over an hour to check in

TV stations were off most of the time.

The property looks amazing! The mall are so close to the hotel, and the other places for any tourists are walking distance from the hotel. The lobby, and the hallway smells good. The employees are nice, and the breakfast buffet is awesome!

The only concern we had is the windows outside the room, it has old water stains that builds up throughout the time. It needs to be cleaned occasionally, especially its one of the important view on the room.

Location was very near SMX where the event was held. The room was very clean and big enough for 2 pax. We ordered in-room breakfast. It was great. It was pricey but we didn't expect it to be cheap anyway. Thanks for the free stuff toy. :-)

we booked 3 executive rooms and 1 deluxe room and NON of them are ready until after hours of actual check in time. very inefficient and unreliable check in time. very outdated facilities too. I didn’t get my money’s worth.

As I am a senior citizen, I had hoped to be able to apply this discount during my stay. Unfortunately, I was informed when I got to the site that this could not be applied since I booked thru Booking.com
