It was a fabulous 1 day experience and we will definitely like to go there again. I was connected with Tuba from the guest relations thorough out my booking and stay and made our stay very memorable. It was my 10th wedding anniversary surprise for my wife and she arranged specific colour balloons in the room as per my request and that too complimentary. The other complimentary aspect was that they steam ironed my wife's wedding gown on my request. Tuba also arranged an earlier checkin for us at 12 instead of 2 pm. I had selected the runway room and it was such an amazing sight to see the planes flying off at regular intervals during the day time. At night time you can't expect to see though. The room was just fabulous and top notch. The breakfast and 1 meal was part of the offer going through booking.com and the staff also mentioned that it is a good offer to go with. We were supposed to have the dinner as part of our package however thabks to the staff that they suggested to go with the brunch which had so many options and absolutely delicious food , so, for dinner we went with Ala carte. Breakfast again was top notch and we relished all the food. It was a gastronomical delight. Pool was also very good and it was a consistent 3.5 feet which was very good to have as we had 2 children with us. Overall we really had a fabulous time and it was worth it. Thank you to Taj, Tuba and the entire staff who really work so tirelessly to keep all the customers extremely happy.

The rooms are very spacious and well appointed. The view is nice too. The F&B staff are always helpful and attentive. It's generally a peaceful hotel.
The house keeping staff were a bit noisy and told them to quiet down which they did. The room floors were a bit dusty. The food at the restaurants and at breakfast was not that good. Thread in the baked dish. Had to send the omelette back at breakfast. Also wish they had more things to do at the hotel since it's far away from everything.

The size of the room is the biggest I have ever seen in a Hotel. The view was the best with aircraft taking off and landing.

I would have liked for the price to be a little lower considering its so far away from town.

As a comment, I didn't like the fact that Taj Santa Cruz Hotel Mumbai promised me an escort from the airport but failed to deliver on that promise. It was disappointing to arrive and find no representative waiting to assist with my transfer to the hotel. This lack of follow-through on their part was a letdown and didn't meet my expectations for the level of service I anticipated from such a renowned establishment.

Everything you need is available from airport shuttle to bellboys, room service, sundries to bottled water and service is phenomenal. Staff is so friendly and what a delight to work with

There was constant construction noises from the next room and room above.
Irrespective of multiple calls and complaints.
No welcome drink/ bevrages served.
A basic coffee as a welcome gesture wouldnt have costed a heavy duty on the hotel to serve a customer paying 15000 a day stay.
Even the breakfast wasnt complementary

Again a wonderful, wow and memorable stay as last year with Taj Santacruz. To start with want to thank a few staff members from Taj Santacruz who made this happen. Johny Dabre- sous chef at the Tiqri restaurant was very warm and friendly to go out of the way to celebrate my son Eshaans birthday with the staff with a cute little cake with a candle with some lovely live flute birthday song. I have to specially mention a few names as well at TIQRI - Uday, Yogesh, Akansha, Chaitali and davesh who are extremely warm, welcoming, ready to go a step further for that extra comfort feel that a guest would get. I want to mention 2 special names at house keeping as well Shabad and Puravsh who took wonderful care for all our needs in the room 339, for all 3 days with a smile, always ready to assist and help, clean the room and washroom neatly. Ravindra and another security staff with him at the basement parking area were also very helpful to assist for parking space and co operation for all 3 days as i park and remove my car myself without any valet. Over all again a wonderful experience at Taj Santacruz, keep up the good work and please retain such wonderful employees for a long long time to come.
Guest relations employees over the phone from the rooms...should be efficient.. effective..and communicate proper instructions with immediate attention...so the guests gets prompt services in the room..and need not wait 15-30 minutes which was the average waiting time to attend to the guest.

The rooms are most spacious and beautiful than any other hotels in Mumbai. The breakfast spread was good too. Overall nice stay.

I had a wonderful experience, thanks to Mr. Ravinder from reception for smooth check-in process, Mr.Ajay sahoo from housekeeping he made my day and big thanks to Avinash n team as well for the beautiful decoration. The team of TIQRI was very helpful. Great hospitality big thanks to everyone.
