Comfortable and clean rooms. I got a free upgrade. The food, especially by the pool was very good. Good and friendly service in the restaurant.
Multiple attempts at fraud via booking.com chat. Booked transfer from the airport was not present. The staff (except in the restaurant) is slow and only responds to multiple requests. Maintenance work (drilling machine) in the morning and late evening.

Fantastic selection of foods at breakfast; probably the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever encountered!
No water left in my room on the first night ( I checked in late). When I asked for water, none available without calling room service which I didn’t want to bother with as it was so late. During the rest of my stay, I was given two bottles of water per day so I was more than satisfied.

Breakfast was ok but not great food selections
Variety of selections would have been a plus since it’s supposed to be a 5 star hotel. Was also given a suite reserved for staff which I was eventually told a day before departure. It may have been better to just book 2 regular rooms and not a presidential suite because I was given staff suite. Not acceptable at all. Received no apology for this

The breakfast was superb and so is the location of the hotel. The Staff are generally professional and helpful. Although the hotel was almost full at the time and I did not obtain the room I booked, the front office staff (lady) made sure I would not feel the difference.
Room service was good and largely exceeded my expectation.
My room had no refrigerator (i could see there was one but was removed) and so I had no access to cold drinks in my room when need. This however was a minor impediment and will not impact negatively how i feel generally about the hotel, its management and staff.
