Pride Plaza Hotel, Aerocity New Delhi

We had an amazing time at the Pride Plaza. Having stayed here earlier once, i know that their rooms are very ambient n more spacious than quite a few hotels in the Aerocity area. Thanks to the courtious hospitality showed by the duty manager, Mr. Prince Aman, the checkin process went quickly and seemlessly Also, just a simple request and we were upgraded to the suite for the night. Id definitely recommend this place in comparison to other similarly priced hotels around.

we got an upgrade to a superior room - But

wifi do not work in the room. 2 hours after reporting no fix. the amenities in bathroom looked like a 3rd class hotel and partly not operational. shower head Dirty. Food: price meets 4* level but quality of food ???

Very good staff, good shower, closeness to the airport. Also quality of food (i was taking buffet) was good.

Doors need more sound insulation. It could also be a bit more clean. Speed of wifi was also very bad

Very close to the airport. Spacious and clean rooms. Staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices.

The only thing I can think of is that I had to ask for slippers and bath robe.

Very clean , neat and well maintained property, due to COVID times extra care was taken in maintaining hygiene . Thank You Chef Sandeep for amazing food as I had given average rating last time for food he had called up to ask what went wrong didn’t get time to meet him but this time it was very good .For me staff is the USP they are very helpful and pricing is worth every penny . Check in process is smooth and fast less than 3 minutes ( I had timed them this time ) . Pride plaza Delhi will be my first choice whenever am in Delhi as long they maintain this standards.

Floor selection button inside the elevator works only on 1 side instead of both .

Treating the guest well. At this juncture I have add one important event. I have checked in on 08.03.2022 11 Am and checked out (Room No 255) by 1 Pm when I go to office, after attending my office work at parliament street (office of the Ministry of Road transport & Highways) I came of air to hotel and checked in again on the some day 08.3.2022 by 7.0 Pm (Room NO 409). In this hurry I have so have to take my mobile multipin charger is room no 255 in the morning When I came to room No 409 in the evening I self bad that my mobile charger was drained off and my phone is switched off. Storming of phone calls will come to me and at this time I was really puset without charger in my mobile. Immediately I came to know that I have for down to collect the charger that I checked out from room no 2005. Immediately in that wait by around 9 pm I have contacted the respection and I was really put to joy that the girl named pride manager at the reception told that “ sir we have ground out your mobile charger in room no 255 and it is our safe custody. She also told that since it is in safe custody she can give it to my room in the next day early morning when the loker is opened. As she promised on 09.03.2022 in the early morning she had sent the charger to my room Really I am thankful girl for her sincere and courted our service. That I have charged my mobile and no disturbance on that day. It was a good day for me and that pride (manager) is really pride of your pride plaza. My siner request to the management that sincere girl like manager can be engaged and their position may be evaluated for her encouragement.
