NOTHING.... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!

"Photographs can be deceiving" I learnt that lesson and never go by the ratings. It's nowhere near the rating that they got. First of all it doesn't even look like a hotel from the outside and looks more like a deserted and haunted place. No amenities as shown in the website. The first day the shower didn't have hot water and I had to call the plumber. Breakfast was pathetic. Served an English breakfast with no choice of breads... No Croissants,baked beans,hash browns,Or sausages. Just served papaya and was told that was the only fruit available. No housekeeping staff at night ro serve even a bottle of water. SURROUNDING AREA WAS LIKE A SLUM!!!!!

Breakfast could be improve. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The airport shuttle on time and the staff are very friendly. A quiet place and very close to the Embassy.

Had no time to look around for things to complain. A very nice and comfortable place when coming to Addis Ababa for work.

Exemplary services

Near the airport, safe parking place, really clean and nice rooms

Airport pick-up service was late for 1.5 hour and only was sent after airport staff called them, otherwise I would sleep in the airport itself. Breakfast was promised but never served - they just sleep in the morning even after confirmation for breakfast timing. Did not took local cash currency.
