The room is on the small side and the cleanliness is not up too scratch.

Good hotel in the heart of Yogya, very well kept and all in good shape. The rooftop bar and pool are is very nice and you can see over the city. The staff is extremely friendly and always very helpful and do their best to help you with anything you ask for.

Nothing to complain

The breakfast was a very good and varied. The gym and swimming pool were also very good. The room was comfortable with a good selection of pillows.

Location is great and the room is clean

Foyer is too small and crowded. Not good for the guest waiting for the pick up

Room is spacious. Location is walking distance to Tugu, Jl. P. Mangkubumi (where there are a lot of 'angkringan'), and the UGM campus where there are plenty of good and cheap street food options. A bit further south, you'll meet Jl. Malioboro.

The shower head broke off when I pulled it lightly. Wish there were more breakfast options.

The location is wonderfull, near to everything… the breakfast is special, love the food and vibe…

Breakfast was awesome. We loved the choices and buffet style. Lots of fresh fruit which was a plus.

Shower water went through the whole bathroom.

The hotel is very elegant, while the rooms are clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful and kind at all times. It was my husband's birthday and they helped me surprise him with complimentary cake!! Another thing that I loved about the hotel was the location, 10-15 minutes walking from Malioboro street and the museums in the area.

this time bfast arrangement a bit annoying. we should wait more than 10 minutes, as the staff ask us to wait for about 10 minutes.
