I’m Dr Anns Razzaq …. Frequent business traveler , i found this property service , ambiance & staff attitude better then PC , Avari & Marriot … they’re soo accommodating , welcoming … don’t charge anything extra , seeing hospitality i decided to extend my stay .

It was a delightful experience thanks to its comfortable accommodations and, most importantly, the exceptional hospitality I received.
I am not a very picky person but it feels like breakfast could be improved just a little. They serve only Pakistani dishes, consider adding more items.

The hotel is located in a very convenient position, rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and, above all, all staff members are very attentive, kiond and ready to satisfy all needs and requests with constant attention. Recommended!

The service was good. Room was huge, clean and comfortable. Washrooms were ok too. They had toilet papers as well. Booked it for 3 nights. Food win the restaurant was good. Different varieties. They give you a complimentary coffee at arrival, daily water and daily breakfast which I didn't utilize so cannot comment on that.. The Relation officer Ammara was very kind and enquiring about my comfort. She was making sure my stay was good and comfortable. The front desk reception also was friendly especially manager Mr Rana Fahd was very courteous. The security gentleman Mr Zain was very helpful in guiding me on what transportation I should select and instrumental in having me install the DriveIn app. Its an amazing app. There's a money exchange right in the front. The heater worked good and hot water too. There was a good working minibar.
Other than the hotel restaurant and a nearby biryani place, there are not much restaurants in the vicinity. Got to know of Lakshmi Chowk which is a mile from the hotel with tons of restaurants especiallyfor Lahore famous Butt Karahi. So that's not a significant problem.

Property was at nice location.
In our hotel stay, we did not have any water for using bathroom facilities. Mould and fungus were present in the shower. Attached are the pictures for your reference. We request the hotel staff to reimburse some of the room rent for the inconvenience caused.

It was very pleasant stay in the hotel. The room is suspicious and the staff are very accommodating. I am thrilled to tell that Gro Ammara was very helpful and very good in guest relation with us. I really appreciate her kindness and support for our stay specially during the breakfast.

While the staff's friendliness and the hotel's ambiance are noteworthy, addressing the need for wall repairs would significantly enhance the overall experience. Moreover, I must mention that when I ordered food, the quantity was less, but the taste was delightful. Attention to these aspects could elevate the Grand Millennium Hotel to true excellence.
Firstly, I observed water stains on the room walls, which indicated a need for maintenance. Secondly, the checkout timings were somewhat rigid, and I experienced a minor delay, resulting in an entire extra day's rent being billed.

I think the best thing was the value of money because the service I received was good. room was neat and clean, the food was good (breakfast) and top of all the staff was always smiling and willing to help. The GRO Miss Ammara was kind enough and helpful. I also feel the location was really good and most of the famous landmarks are just a 10-15mins drive away. I would recommend this hotel to others for sure and I hope the hotel will maintain the same level of service for the customers in the future.

The hotel staff were all very friendly. Especially ammarah at breakfast and in the the lobby, we got everything we requested and it was great value for money!
The towels were hand towels, VERY small.. when we asked for more we were given a big one but the next day the same thing.. VERY small hand towels for shower use.. think the hotel may need to invest in some bath sheets.

The staff from Bellboy to Concierge till GRO was welcoming and much friendly. I was overwhelmed by the staff behavior and personally escorted till the room by GRO (Miss Ammara). Breakfast was super good.
Location is much in central area and easy access to all corners of the city.

Please improve the washrooms as compared to room washroom was not up to the mark baqi sab acha tha .. aur staff was really really nice.
The iron facility was not there it was paid aur agar iron thee bhi to it wasn't provided in room it was out of the room aur woh bhi sahi kaam nahin kar rahi thee baqi except this everything was 😃 great 😃😃😃
