The room was clean and so presentable! Staff exceptionally friendly! Location … well, can’t be better!! Will for sure stay at The Capital Menlyn Maine again!
Parking for hotel guests… They need to be accommodated first and then opened up for the public parking!

Our room didn't have air-conditioning. It is advertised as an room with air conditioning. But it is an cheap system that cant make the room to your liking. It is regulated and it does do some form of air conditioning. But for those people like us we like our room cold it is not a real air conditioning system if we cant set it to our liking.. It could only keep the room at below 33 degrees Celsius. We then called the reception and we where adviced to rather just use the fan mode than anythings ells. Which did not do much.
Its important to know that most hotels gives you an opportunity to set the room to your liking. Thus is why we always go for hotels with air-conditioning. Don't be foold the room is just kept at room temperature... Not hot nor cold...

left a pair of shorts in the room. tried to contact hotel staff to get them back - calls were not answered, staff was not helpful. shorts STOLEN by your staff!!!!!

I like the location very close to restaurants abcc do a big shopping mall. The entire place is very clean and the staff very helpful and friendly

Finishings in the passages of the hotel look low quality with some exposed plugs and peeling off paint.

The location is 100%
We called 3 times for Maintance to come and check the tv (even spoke to someone from maintenance who was standing at reception and he indicated it cant be the remote which we suspected)even going down to reception and it took 24 hours before someone came to check
