Потрясающая локация!!!! Вид просто великолепный!!! Персонал очень вежливый ,говорят на нескольких языках. Уборка каждый день!! В номере чайник, бутылочки с водой, чай зелёный и чёрный, кофе..Внизу ресторан Терраса 21 где готовят отличный завтрак, а так же можно обедать и ужинать!! Очень рекомендую этот отель !! In the room there is a kettle, bottles of water, green and black tea, coffee... Location of the Hotel is excellent, the Room was not as shown in the Pictures, Breakfast was not so good. The best thing in the hotel the hospitality of the Reception staff Tika & Ana

The toilet in the room is too small

The room was large and bright. Receptionists were friendly.

We had booked a room with a large double bed, but the hotel provided two separate single beds with bad mattresses right next to each other. There was a blood stain on the sheet of one of the beds, which had been hidden by moving the beds closer together. The view from the balcony was closed and facing the wall. The breakfast was simple and the variety of food was small.

The hotel is perfectly located in the old city, where you can have a great walk. The staff, especially Anna, who worked at the reception, was very helpful and polite. I highly recommend everyone to stay at this great hotel.

This hotel has a perfect location, almost near to everything. the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the manager Tika, she was very helpful.
