ممتع ومريح وهادي جدا والإطلالة جميله على وادي بحيره صغيره أعجبني وحاولت النزول للذهاب للبحيره ولكن للأسف كانت خارج الفندق ولابد الخروج للذهاب لها
البحيره المطله خارج الفندق وتحتاج سياره للذهاب لها

Noisy music from green patio for rooms that have view , from 5-11 pm approx.

Everything is magnificent. I'm always booking this hotel due to expectional quality and service. I never regret staying in this hotel. If I'll visit Muscat again, I'll book for the same hotel without any second though.

Staff and cleanliness
To nosey at night with noise from the in hotel bars…. Just too loud and our whole group was not happy for that

The place was good ..and peaceful
But it was crowded inside
The crowd inside especially the breakfast but the dinner was little bit quiet.
My ID has been lost by reception staff and not found even though i did not receive a proper apologies regarding this incident and they informed me that i will receive a call from hotel later to update me but I didn’t.

Was good location from airport and close to the place we intended to visit.
Nice facilities , pool and restaurant area.
Unfortunately our room was pool facing and the evening entertainment outside was quite loud .

Good for couple, family and business visit.. It little far from the city but all other facilities well and good... Staffs also very nice and food was amazing.

The staff were amazing and attentive. Thai restaurant downstairs is lovely. Really authentic food and hotel was very clean and well kept.

Staff were friendly and helpful, I would like to thank the hotel management for the room upgrade that was so sweet of you 😊.
This hotel is not suitable for families, especially with kids it has bars and nightclub and a live DJ by the pool. It was loud most of the time. The food option at the buffet wasn't good for dinner.

The room service pizza was too bad and we complained and recieved the same thing again.

The food was good in the restaurant.
Due to holiday hotel seemed fully booked. We were not able to get connecting rooms for our two young children (3 and 6). An extra bed in one room was opted, which became a matress on the floor. Which made us decide to checkout after 1 night instead of staying 2.

The breakfast and dinner were really good the location is ok however the hotel exterior is small.
The staff took a long time to check us in.
