Building work starting at 8am adjacent to our balcony was very noisy on most days of our week long stay but we were generally out exploring during the day so it wasn't the end of the world. Aircon and mini fridge didn't work properly - someone from maintenance looked at these things we were told but it didn't seem to make a difference, this wasn't too bad in march but if the weather was hotter I think the room would be too warm and you'd want the mini fridge to be colder. Location wise we felt that Sliema itself was too busy and didn't have enough traditional charm for us, along the sea front area there was too much noisy traffic (dual carriageway at some points) where it would have been nice to sit and relax overlooking the harbour and the view beyond to Valetta but the traffic noise spoiled this for us.

Such a great hotel! Once they heard that we are on our honeymoon they upgraded our room to the best one with a wonderful view through the balcony! Lovely staff with a smile all the time. Great spa area to relax. Comfortable bed and big shower. Overall a wonderful experience, will definitely come back one day!

Por un lado las fotos del hotel te llevan a confusión (parece que estas a pie de playa y todo lo contrario entre bloques y encima rodeado de obras (todos los días a las 7:00 de la mañana nos han despertado incluso en el propio edificio). Por otro lado el desayuno buffet es totalmente repetitivo.

Tout était parfait dans cet hôtel, le installations, le spa, la ballade organisée comprise avec un vintage bus, le personnel aux petits soins, le petit dej excellent.

La seule et unique chose que j'aurais a reprocher c'est que nous n'avions qu'un drap tout fin et que le chauffage n'avait pas l'air très fonctionnel. Pour un mois de février, c'était limite. Après demande, ils nous on emmené une seconde couette.

Nothing- everything was perfect

Breakfast was good, the room like on the fotos, with a small balcony. Was nice and a nice rooftop with a nice view. One could use the spa for free which was really nice. There was an indoor pool ( with jacuzzi functions, if you press the buttons on the side of the pool), sauna, Turkish bath(was not working unfortunately)

In the pool my bf got hurt/cut by something on the bottom of the pool which created an injury which was bleeding and could not walk properly for a week. The staff provided first aid but no compensation or anything.as it was end of Nov the pool in the other hotel was not open unfortunately.

Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées et ce n'est pas de la faute de l'hôtel mais certains voisins étaient très bruyants (fêtes avec musique dans le couloir jusqu'à 2h du matin)

Very helpful staff, nice spa, great location near Sliema promenade, access to ferry and buses; hotel even organized a free-of-charge "Vintage Bus" tour to M'dina and several other locations!

The room size was okay, although not too big but having balcony was a plus as we could dry our clothes and the bathroom was rather large. The cleaning service was absolutely brilliant. The facilities in the hotel were fantastic and the stuff was professional and helpful. Perfect location!

The only little thing I could comment on was breakfast which was very basic and same every day. Some more fruits or perhaps introducing fish could be an option to consider.

La televisión est un peu vielle et il n’y a pas Netflix. Trop peu de lait pour se servir quand on fait du café. Le savon de la douche est un peu fort.

Good hotel location, rooms are quite spacious and clean.

Drinking water is offered at the beginning of a stay, then additional water is chargeable - I think the water should be offered free of charge. The breakfast was cold, which made it untasty although the variety of food was good. Margaux restaurant is aspiring to be an exclusive place but the quality and variety of food is not so exceptional, especially for the breakfast which is cold. There's only one type of tea available for breakfast (unless you want to pay 3 euro for a single bag of tea!). The scrambled eggs is not made of eggs, which is merely a disaster. The kitchen offers additional breakfast options but again - chargeable. I think for a restaurant and kitchen like this preparing omelets or poached eggs upon request and free of charge should not be a problem at all (especially that not many guests request it, the majority would just go for scrambled eggs, but still - make real scrambled eggs and not some artificial mixture that you serve). Overall impression is just average.

Location is great, nearby all the buses, shops and restourant.The room was clear. There is a good spa center.

MAGNIFIQUE !! Un hôtel de grande classe. Personnel au top, d'une grande gentillesse, serviable et à l'écoute de vos besoins. Nous avons été surclassés dans une très grande chambre avec 2 lits King size. Super chambre spacieuse avec tout le nécessaire, peignoir au logo de l'hôtel, chausson, une bouteille d'eau, machine à café et dosettes et coffre fort à disposition. Belle et grande salle de bain. A notre arrivée, on nous a proposé et offert un proseco ou un vin chaud ou une eau citronnée. Parapluie à disposition au cas où. Très bon restaurant avec une très bonne cuisine et des plats de qualité avec un prix très correct. Une belle excursion en bus typique offert pour visiter Mdina et les jardins de San Anton. Et enfin l'accès au spa, sauna, hammam et grande piscine. L'hôtel se trouve à 10mn à pied du centre-ville et port pour prendre les bus ou bateaux. Une excellente adresse à garder. Encore un grand merci à tout le personnel.

Everything - the location and proximity to bars, restaurants, ferry to Valleta; the nice room with a terrace; access to SPA which is amazing and access to La Plague! Amazing value for money.

The hotel was very clean. The room was cleaned once a day and also turned down later at night as well. When they turned the room down for sleeping they often left a note or a small gift. For example, we were given a small candle and some sweets two of the nights which was a lovely touch. The cocktails were amazing! We made sure to go down for one during happy hour every day. The staff were so helpful. On the app provided we asked lots of questions about where to eat, what trips to do as well as how to get there, and what activities we should do. They had an answer for all of them! They gave us three amazing restaurants for our preference on that night. They alerted us about the old bus trip to Mdina, and they helped us out with a booking for an escape room. The hotel was also really well located. Just around the corner from the bus stop which can take you anywhere very easily, within walking distance of the sea front, and most of all was very quiet!

The spa pool was a bit small, which is why I can see them limiting the booking of the spa for people. The gym isn’t really much of a gym, but rather a small room with limited weights and a few pieces of exercise equipment. But this was fine for us as we were out and about most of the time so didn’t use it. At the beach club I cut my foot on one of the bases which holds up the umbrellas when I was walking between two sun beds, as it was quite camouflaged and poking out. However, I did get a free cocktail for me and my partner when I mentioned this to one of the waiters, and he brought me over an antiseptic wipe and plaster. So I think this is a regular occurrence.

Room and hotel was very clean and hotel facilities including the beach club were very nice features. The staff were very friendly in advance of and during our stay in organising transfers, advice on location and luggage storage.

We didnt experience anything negative.

The localisation, the beach restaurant and the external swimming pool, the spa, the staff at the reception, at the restaurant and at the spa. The upgrade of the room. Everything was perfect!

If you are claustrophobic, ask for a room in the upper floors to have a great view and not a view on the neighbour’s balcony. But thankfully I received another room with an amazing view! Thank you so much! Much appreciated!

Das Personal war sehr nett, das Frühstück sehr gut, der Außenpool und die Lage auch sehr gut.

Der Check-in Vorgang. Hier wäre es besser wenn die Mitarbeiter den Check-in Vorgang vornehmen würden, da man nach einer langen Reise erstmal ankommen möchte und stattdessen war man mindestens 15 Minuten mit dem Handy beschäftigt. Im Zimmer war es vom Exit Schild sehr hell und vom Flur draußen.

Buena localización (sin ser Valetta, se llegaba allí en 15min). Personal muy amable y servicial. El spa del hotel era un buen extra para relajarse después de un día de turismo, además del beach club. Buen buffet desayuno, razonablemente variado.

detalle menor - el parking no está en el hotel sino a la vuelta de la esquina, si se lleva coche es un poco engorroso para poder entrar y salir del parking con el coche ya que tienen que abrir la puerta desde recepción.
