位置很棒，地鐵出站不到3分鐘（9號還是8號出口有電梯），地鐵到機場也有直達。 公共設施充足，洗衣坊/微波爐/健身房/飲水機/磅秤⋯⋯都有。 房內配備110/220的插頭，插座是萬國型，無需再帶轉接插座，非常方便。 床中間偏軟但有支撐力，枕頭一顆軟一顆硬，我們碰到床就睡著了😌 櫃台英文很好，謝謝大半夜協助我們入住的小哥，服務很好，溝通第一名，忘記他的名字了。想跟他說You are awesome!

第一天反應保險箱無法使用，但沒有修好

Excellent location, good amenities in the hotel including vending machine, pool and gym. Wonderful views from restaurant at breakfast and great selection of options. Nice gift of welcome snacks and drinks. Bed was very comfortable to sleep in.

Breeze coming from window. Rooms need a deep clean and makeover, although I believe they are upgrading the hotel in June 2024. The carpet needed a good hoover and clean, made me feel uncomfortable. All in all, the room didn’t feel homely or clean enough to properly enjoy my stay. And as this was the 8th hotel on my trip, it didn’t come close to some of the other places I stayed, including a hostel in Myeondong which was nicer.

Thr design is trendy and modern, staff was very friendly and they even gave me an upgrade with view on Hongdae street

Would prefer more food options

The Property was clean and there was signage to the checkin desk. The person at the front desk helped us get checked in. Our family room with two beds was smaller than expected but had a great view and was clean, neat and stylish.

Nothing. I don’t know why people are complaining about the elevators. The timing on them was fine.

Location is great, hotel is modern

The check-in and concierge are located on the 21st floor and this is really silly as guests need to go up to ask a question or book a taxi, and get back down again. This has caused a congestion in the lifts and slows down everything. The windows are thin so eventhough our room is on 16th floor, we are woken up by sound of traffic every morning. I would suggest another hotel in Hongdae…. There are many options.

The position is wonderful! You can shipping in Hongdae area and get on subway right away to any where. The hotel is clean and the staff are nice.

But the sound of the traffic is quite loudly during night. It is relative accessible when considering their advantages.

advertised as business hotel with business hub but everything closed. there were empty rooms but we couldnt go in to have a 10 min meeting. cant charge to the room but need to pay instantly. they have no clue what is going on . on night 6 out of 8 there was a major water leak near the elevator. craziness.

Very convenient location, lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Close to subway and bus stops. Hotel has a very lobby on the 21 floor with great view. Its restaurant offers delicious food options. There is currency exchange machine and laundry facilities in the hotel. Staff were always helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Room is a little small but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room so it didn't really matter.

Could have been cleaner. the anti-slip mat in the bathtub actually made my mum and I slip which was quite dangerous.

We weren't expecting a 5-star luxurious experience, but we didn't think having a bathroom door that could close, and having a thermostat which we could adjust the temperature (it's getting pretty hot in late June), was that much to ask for. They also only provide paper cups (which they don't change) for you to brush your teeth... Which we honestly have not seen before from a 4-star hotel (which this hotel claims to be). You can also expect yourself to basically hear all the traffic happening outside your window at all hours if you stay at L7 Hongdae. By comparison, because for personal reasons had to extend our stay, we moved opposite the road to Mercure Ambassador, for a cheaper rate, and it is actually SO MUCH better. The bathroom and shower doors close super well, the thermostat is adjustable, there are actual cups to use (😂) - and it's even closer to the main happenings of Hongdae (but for whatever reason it is considerably quieter even though we stayed on a lower floor compared to L7?!?!), so if you're deciding between L7 Hongdae and Mercure Ambassador in Hongdae, definitely go for the latter, even if the latter is 10-20% more expensive.

We waited quite a long time for the lift to take us to the 21st floor after struggling with our luggage and there were no concierge. Upon reaching 21st floor, it was confusing as to what we should do. There was a crowd, a ticket dispensing machine and some self check in machine with no instructions. This staff just finished attending to a guest and I quickly tried to ask what I should do to get checked in. Her rude response was, 'You have to wait!'. I was so embarassed as everyone turn to look at me so I answered back by saying, 'Of course I know I have to wait, but how? With a queue ticket and where?'. Check in was most disorganised. And to pay so much to be misunderstood and treated so rudely. You should have additional staff to cope with the busy check in hours to avoid stressed staff who get irritable when asked for instructions.

A nicely decorated hotel with a young, cool vibe. We loved staying at the L7. Our room had amazing views, was always really clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff was helpful and we didn't have any issues to understand each other. We once crossed the cleaning lady and she was really sweet! Also the amenities provided (gel, etc) were top-notch. Location it's really good to explore this vibrant, young neighborhood and there are plenty of things to do within walking distance to experience Seoul like a local (bars, clubs, shopping, etc). The hotel is also really well connected to the rest of the city via the Metro (line 2; the ring) and bus stops nearby. We wouldn't hesitate to come back again.

Even if you're a guest, you still have to pay to access the pool - in Europe it's standard that the room price includes access to all hotel facilities. The breakfast wasn't really good value for money as the buffet lacked variety.
