NO ME GUSTO QUE LOS INODOROS O CUARTO DE BAÑO NO TIENE EXTRATORES Y LOS OLORES A CACA SON FUERTE. DEBERIA TENER EXTRATORES. LA PUERTA DE ENTRADA PRINCIPAL SE DEBERIA PROGRAMAR CON LA TARJETA DE ACCESO A LA HABITACION.

El hotel está ubicado en el centro del barrio del poblado. El personal de recepción fue muy amable en todo momento y de hecho una de las 2 noches nos cambiaron a una habitación de categoría superior. El desayuno espectacular, variedad de zumos caseros, fruta, huevos recién hechos al gusto.

Super Lage in einem netten, touristischen, aber auch sicheren Viertel. Das Zimmer war großzügig und wie auf den Bildern. Frühstück war frisch, mit einer großen Auswahl und auch alles immer sehr lecker.

Leider sehr hellhöriges Zimmer/Hotel, was die Nachbarn und auch eine Disco in der Nähe angeht. Man bekommt Ohrstöpsel, aber das ist auch nicht die Lösung für jeden.

Sehr gute Lage. Personal freundlich. Für einen Kurztrip ausreichend.

Es war nicht besonders sauber. Das Zimmer hatte zwei Fenster. Allerdings haben diese nicht viel gebracht da direkt eine gegenüber liegende Mauer davor war.

La posizione è ideale per girare a piedi uno dei quartieri più vivi di locali di Medellín. Non vi è parcheggio riservato ma a pochi passi c’è un parcheggio pubblico a pagamento a prezzi ragionevoli.

Camera molto piccola ed essendo in prossimità dei locali si sente purtroppo anche la musica sino a tarda ora, ma è il prezzo da pagare per stare nel cuore della movida. La colazione è un po’ scarsa.

Ne faites surtout pas la même erreur que nous. Il s’agit d’un hôtel en proximité direct avec les boites de nuits/Bars , l’insonorisation est nulle, A t elle point que nous croyons être dans un sexeclub. Les aller-retours ,les ébats et les cris nous aurons tenu éveillée les 2 nuits de notre séjour. La seule proposition faite par le personnel est une paire de boule quies.

Excelente hotel, fiquei no quarto com jacuzzi e foi muito bom, o hotel está todo novinho/reformado, instalações perfeitas, sataff atencioso. café da manhã fraco. localização muito boa, cercado de bons bares e restaurantes.

o café da manhã do hotel, todos os dias perguntam como queremos os ovos e os fazem muito bem, porém faltam opções no buffet, não existe queijo e nenhum tipo de embutido para se servir, apenas os que vem junto aos ovos. os pães também deixam bastante a desejar. suco artificial e extremamente doce. Teve um situação que me deixou desapontado com o hotel, quando pedi gelo, eles não tinham, foram fazer o gelo, e como estava demorando, a recepcionista falou que eu deveria ir comprar fora do hotel (o que eu fiz) porém um hotel dessa categoria não ter gelo para fornecer ou vender aos hóspedes é no mínimo estranho.

I don’t leave negative reviews but this one is necessary. Honestly, westerners if anything happens to you at this hotel, you will have to beg them them show some sympathy and offer appropriate customer care. My review is in 2 parts the accident incident, and overall review of the property. 1) Shower glass incident. Given the style of the shower, when closing the shower door I thought that was weird that it wouldn’t close properly but took note of it. Well when exiting the shower I opened the glass and did not stop when sliding open and shattered on me. This was at 4:30 am. The glass stabbed me on my right foot, leg, elbow and right wrist. Requiring me to get stitches in the area. There was so much blood. The kicker is with all of that, I have yet to receive an apology from the manager or owner. Nothing. Radio silence 4 days later. No sympathy to the negligence. I have never been injured all my life and for the hotel not even show up to you directly and apologies. I had to ask them to cover the cost of the medicines and provide me with a new. What’s also laughable is that they gave me a bigger room thinking I should be grateful to that. Or even impressed. I asked them for a report the front desk staff think they are smart by telling me they will ask their boss but never following up and requiring me to ask again 3 days straight. The only one I appreciate was the one working overnight at the time of the incident who saw all the blood loss I experienced. 2) I’ll make this short. My original room with a balcony was surprisingly small. Not meant for 2 people. I selected the hotel thinking it was good for remote working. It is not. The internet at the hotel was extremely poor, the worst I experienced in my travels in the region for this trip. The chair in the room wasn’t a proper chair, even a wood chair would be more comfortable. There was so much ants in my new room on the 5th floor and my original room. The shower pressure was poor.

We had a wonderful time at 14 Urban Hotel! The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything El Poblado neighborhood has to offer. The staff were great, very attentive. We loved our king suite with jacuzzi on our own private balcony! The room and bathroom was clean, spacious and very modern. The room was also very quiet. Despite being in a very happening area with lots of nightlife, we slept like babies! Bonus... there is an outdoor gym half block away that is open to the public and I was able to get a couple of workouts in!

Friendly and polite bilingual stuff, spotless clean, at the center of El Poblado close to everything. Breakfast was very nice with many fresh fruits, egg choices and Colombian coffee. Will definitely rebook when i ll be back to Medellin. Muchas gracias for everything, you made my stay amazing x
