Not much

My stay at the Hyatt was an absolute nightmare. The front desk was hostile right from the start, practically barking at us upon arrival. To add insult to injury, they charged us way more than the quoted rate on Booking.com, a blatant rip-off. The rooms were a joke, lacking even basic amenities like a hot water jug, bottled water, or slippers. And the cost? An outrageous three times more than other hotels in the area! Breakfast was a pathetic spread of warmed-up canned food, completely unacceptable. And don’t be fooled by their claims of being close to the Las Vegas Strip – it’s a long, inconvenient distance away.

Breakfast was great, facilities and parking was awesome and everything was clean!!

Was asked by security to show my room key for an unknown reason. Was very uncomfortable and embarrassing. We had already been there for 3 days yet they didn't remember us?

The location was nice and made it easy for us to drive to Pahrump, NV, which was the main purpose of our trip. The fruit at breakfast was nice and fresh!

The breakfast was ok. I typically have a Belgian waffle at any hotel with a similar breakfast setup, which I did on this trip. I found your pre-prepared waffles to be very disappointing, as well as the syrup. Having a waffle iron would be a big step in improving the waffles. I also wish you had real maple syrup, but I am realistic that is not an option. However, I have ben in many lower quality hotels that had much better waffle/syrup. A few days after leaving this hotel, we were at a lower tier hotel chain in Barstow, CA and their Belgian waffle and syrup were much better than yours. If they can do it, I hope you can too. There’s no on site laundry .

We chose this hotel as it was out of the city, and it did not disappoint! The hotel was clean and looked relatively new. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was welcoming and had ample spaces to sit, most with umbrellas or shade. Breakfast was good and had fresh fruit cut up as an option. Bass Pro is across the parking lot.

Staff was very helpful as we asked to change our room. Breakfast was great. Location is good for someone who doesn’t want to stay close to the Strip area.

I loved everything

The view put me in a unexplainable zone. The restroom were spotless always a plus in my world ! The tv worked and was easy to navigate. The full body mirror was amazing. The bed was comfy, and the ice machine was convenient! The pool area was beautiful and relaxing!

Every room deserves a microwave.

The location was really great, nearby the Las Vegas strip. It was quitet, nice and clean.

The only thing which wasn’t great is the windows facing the highway, it was kind of noisy.

Breakfast was good (fresh strawberries, melons). Good coffee. Real (saltened) butter. Silverware and no plastic tableware. About 8 Minutes to the airport.

AC was loud. Also the highway was so very loud, the windows are not soundpoof! Sleep was hardly possible. Breakfast ends at 9am. Pool without heating! Spa closed. Could not be used. Heating was broken; hotelstaff didn't inform us before arrival (other hotels did inform about nconveniences!).
