I like the hotel itself, the cleanliness of it and the location of it. The staff was nice and friendly. They also have a good breakfast.
I didn't light the pressure coming out of the bathroom sink, and they needed a new shower head.
Overall, the stay was good..

The staff was very friendly upon arrival and checking out. Room was descent and clean. Location was ideal, not too far from Plant Hatch in processing center.

Have stayed there a couple of times before, always clean, the beds are very comfortable, staff friendly. Will probably stay again
The location, there’s other nice areas in Baxley, there’s no pool, hot tub, not really an area to hang or sit outside plus not really anything scenic there. So to me the room prices are steep for Baxley. That’s my hometown I know there’s no big events. But the prices are a little high, they don’t ask if you’re an AARP member. I go up at least once a month to check on family

the lobby had a bad smell and for breakfast the staff ate most of the food and guests had to wait for more to be cooked

Very clean facility, friendly staff and early check-in.
The breakfast. The eggs were watery and another option such as potatoes should be added to the menu as not everyone eats grits.

Lovely option for the area. Great hotel. Like brand new, well cared for. We got an ADA room and it was impressive how accessible bathroom was. Front desk was pleasant to deal with. I loved I could handle check in remotely from link they texted to me.
