Breakfast very good. Plenty of choices. Tasty food. Comfortable setting.
The darkness of the hallway on the floor we stayed. Creepy pictures on the walls. Worn carpeting. Needs remodelling with different interior decorating.

The hotel was clean and the staff were always on hand and attentive. The breakfast was amazing. We honestly couldn't find any faults.
We had an overnight flight which meant that we arrived at the hotel earlier than the 15.00 check in. We advised the hotel of this in advance but were still not able to get in to our room until 14.00. We were both hot and tired and felt that more of an effort could have been made by the hotel.

The location of the hotel was great. The breakfasts were also good. Not often that a hotel has a barrister at the breakfast.

The room was old and smelled. The bathroom door wouldn’t lock let alone even close!!!
All of the electricity was off. None of the lights, refrigerators were disconnected from the outlets. Very frustrating and unsatisfied

THE ROOMS WERE VERY POOR CONDITION

We went for one night over the weekend preceding Passover. The hotel was full and yet everything went smoothly - from check-in to check-out. Our room was bright and clean, with a wonderful view of the city, all the way to the mountains of the Shomron. ( I didn't pay extra for the sea view rooms). The meals were delicious, plentiful and varied. In the dining room, we had a table with a sea view and were able to enjoy that while eating our breakfast. The hotel is situated right on the beach and we had a lovely walk on the beach in the afternoon. I watched the sun set over the sea from the comfort of the lobby.

Room was pleasant.
Great beach location
Staff in lobby lounge did not serve us well bad communication, uncomfortable, even the manager avoided us.
We are not difficult or demanding guests in most situations, but this lobby service was broken.
Our patio deck was dirty with cigarette butts and the furniture was not clean.

The staff were very nice and helpful
The pool was being renovated, not mentioned. The indoor pool, jacuzzi, changing rooms & showers were filthy dirty. I booked this hotel specifically to use these facilities. There was no mention of work going on.
