Tiene una fácil accesibilidad si viajas con JR y si tu estancia es corta es un buen destino por ubicación.
La calidad precio no corresponde, ya que el coste es elevado para el espacio que dispone la habitación. La habitación en la que estuvimos alojada estaba muy envejecida.

Almost everything about this hotel is brilliant, except the queueing and scrambling for breakfast. It has good amenities, lovely interior, courteous staff. Very comfortable
The big queues and many people milling around trying to access breakfast selections in a small space detracted from an otherwise very pleasant experience

Came off the train and the hotel was connected to the station could not be easier.
Courtesy city sights bus outside hotel was great.
Check in was a breeze, staff helpful and friendly.

Hotel molto comodamente posizionato nella stazione. Ha una convenzione e quindi deve esserci uno sconto con il JR pass (di cui noi non abbiamo approfittato in quanto abbiamo prenotato via booking). I bus (Loop line) incluso nel JR pass partono molto vicino all’hotel. Ottima colazione con una buona scelta. Prezzo molto conveniente (almeno per il nostro soggiorno).

Perfect location, beautiful lobby, nice breakfast food. Comfortable and clean room. I was blessed to see sun rise from behind the hills every morning I stayed.
Too crowded at breakfast venue, needed to go at 6:15 to line up for breakfast starting 6:30! They need to serve too many customers, always long lines waiting.

Location is good as it is next to the railway station. The restaurant jinseki served really good beef teppanyaki and hotel guests can enjoy 15% off.
It is not so clean. The toilet has a smell when entering it for the first time. Need to air the place. And the carpet is not clean. A used plaster stuck on my foot when I walked around bare foot. And my foot also itched after walking around for a while. I had to wash my feet and have slippers on all time.

Chambre très petite, mais de toute façon ce n’est pas pour y rester plusieurs jours. Donc peu d’importance.

お部屋の家具がマルニを使用した高級感とカラーが鳥居の赤で華やか！
枕が2種類あり、選べるのが良い。低反発がとても使いやすかった。
プレゼントの水が、少ないと感じた。他の系列のホテルは1リットルが部屋にあった
お風呂の水ハネ防止カバーの下の蝶番が黒ずんでて掃除が行き届いてなかった。

5階のファミリータイプの部屋に宿泊しましたが部屋に入る前にセキュリティ扉がありビックリ!!最上階のラウンジも利用できる部屋だったのでビックリ!!広島駅と連結されているので移動も楽チン。でも部屋の中は静かだったし最高の旅行が出来ました。
駐車場が駅屋上となっていて少し離れているので荷物が多いと不便かも

Right on the JR station, no hassle carrying luggage. Exceptional hotel with an enormous lobby. Rooms were very clean, spacious and tidy. Breakfast buffet had everything!!

Location was excellent.
Room stank of cigarette smoke which got onto my clothes. Lifts also frequently smelt of smoke and we couldn’t have the fan on as it made it worse. Completely spoiled my impression of the hotel.

The hotel was modern and well-appointed wih a grand lobby and water feature.
For a major tourist tourist town, there were very limited eating facilities in the hotel, the night we ate in-house, we were the only guests in the restaurant, there was no all-day dining, in fact we ate across at the Sheraton. Also, very few staff spoke English for an international hotel I thought was odd.

Excellent hotel in excellent location, directly accessible from Hiroshima railway station with the tourist loop bus 50 m from the lobby door. Well-appointed room, excellent buffet breakfast.
