Quality of "hot breakfast" offered. I liked the buffet breakfast a lot but would have just stuck with that if I had prior knowledge of the quality of the cooked breakfast. HOWEVER, my partner and I are super early wakers so probably ordered In a time they were not prepared.

Clean and tidy. Good parking.
Was a little further to walk from the village centre than anticipated in hot weather (but ok). Couch was had it and layout strange (couch under wall mounted TV)

Lovely clean and tidy room to stay in. Felt very safe and comfortable.
The breakfast was a little disappointing but that’s being very fussy. Very good stay!

Accomodation was clean and comfortable and the staff were lovely. I am a coeliac and it’s very hard to eat out. They went out of their way to make sure I could eat breakfast. We will be back

Warm and comfortable. Lots of open channel on sky. Inclusive breakfast. 5 Stag restaurant (just beside Hanmer Springs Retreat) had delicious foods and the manager was amazing.
Hot water shower disapperas when sink is used.

Great room, very spacious. Super comfy bed, great shower pressure. Sky TV, and lots of parking. Walkable into town. Lots of great restaurants around. Excellent stay.

skip the breakfast. not worth the money. the breakfast did not have a lot of choices and you have to pay for eggs etc.

Huge meal in the Five Stags. Great beer and friendly staff. Couldn't fault it.
We paid extra when we booked for 'breakfast' not realising that this would be a rather underwhelming continental style breakfast and a cooked breakfast would be an additional $9.90. Waitress didn't seem to be happy in her work either.

Big room, comfortable bed
the day I stayed was super hot, but air conditioner was not working. The manager came and didn’t solve the problem, even said they could do check out for me and I should leave!! It’s already night time, so what should we go? Very bad service, never come back!
and the shampoo and conditioner bottles are almost empty.

Spacious
The kitchen was poorly equipped and not cleaned properly. The walls were very thin, we could hear EVERYTHING that was going on next door. Too far from town.

Toilets are not properly cleaned. inner bed sheets had wrinkles because they haven't been changed.
the room had a bad smell. Too expensive for whats provided.

walkway right next to bathrooms, tea and coffee selection seemed a bit on the cheaper side. Tried to ring before booking in and kept getting answering machine.
