Room need to be remodeled. Room was old and shower drain did not work well

The location was good. Breakfast was nice. The room was clean and the bathroom was stocked with plenty of toiletries. The bath was large and it filled quickly. The overall layout was good.

When I arrived at the hotel there was a note waiting for me. I was not given the ability to control the air temperature, specifically the air conditioner. I was told to open the windows. Even with the windows open the room was too hot. I called the front desk and they brought up a loud low quality fan. It barely took the edge off. This is supposed to be a premium hotel, yet not allowing customers to control the temperature of their rooms is unacceptable.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. It was also easy to communicate with them as they can speak English. 😃💯💯

The breakfast was really good. I also joined the loyalty scheme which meant complementary wine which was really tasty. Also allows for a late check out. The swimming pool is not busy. They had only had two visitors to the gym and swimming pool that day. great staff at this hotel
