The breakfast was good and the location as well.
The room was extremely cramped and didn't meet our expectations.

The facilities were good and the location is fantastic. It is a short walking distance from Central and many diverse restaurants and bars.
Sometimes the cleaners didn't clean the room very well. For example, the bathroom sink would have stains from the day before, so did the table and other surfaces in the room. Sometimes, they forgot to provide the face towels.

- for some reason the room I booked, someone previously had locked it so the reception graciously upgraded the room for us.
- perhaps I got it wrong but it sounded like one of the reception people was chasing one of the tenants for late rent money in the elevator. (Really awkward)
- One of the hotel guest decided to drunk dial my room multiple times at 3am in the morning. Never in my life of staying in hotels has that ever happened.

The location is at the walking distance of 5 minutes from Sheungwan station and the tram stop. Near the hotel, you can always find good eateries and supermarkets.
The room was too old and poorly cleaned. Although the bed condition was nice, I was not able to use the fridge, which did not work very well.

Only 2 lifts servicing 30+ floors sometimes getting down (or up) to your floor can take awhile if busy.

We loved this accommodation and was perfect for our sightseeing trip to Hong Kong. It was situated in a great location close to Victoria Harbour, the ferry stations and local metro. Check in was quick and easy which we appreciated after a long flight with the staff being very helpful. We requested a good view and were not disappointed. Our room was on the 37th floor with staggering views of the skyline. The room itself was very clean, had a comfy bed and powerful shower in bathroom.
The only negative was that we were charged extra on our card. We mentioned it, they were very apologetic and was refunded within a week but we were never given an explanation of what these charges were and shouldn't have happened in the first place.

Other staff I met during my stay are much more helpful and professional.

Location is ok
Very outdated hotel with indifference to guests and their needs. Terrible breakfast, better not to do anything at all than this. Terrible coffee, terrible cheap muffins, bad juice. For such a small amount, you can collect a very different offer for breakfast, but the hotel chooses to just not think and give you the most disgusting offer. The room is like traveling ten years into the past, in the worst possible way. I do not recommend this hotel and will never come back.
