I did not like that there were no free parking spaces, it should be provided for all hotel guests, and not that some guests pay for city parking. Everything else is ok, the hotel, the environment, the breakfast

food options were alright - breakfast and dinner and cheaper than surrounding restaurants but same quality of food

their orange juice and coffee machines didn’t work - i was instructed to go to the bar to grab juice and coffee instead. ( i work in hotels and would have done the same for guests if the breakfast they paid for wasn’t fully available due to broken machines) after i grabbed my orange juice and coffee the waiter walked over and dropped a bill. I know my rate included breakfast so i just got up and went for a walk. upon my return the waiter was waiting at the front desk and said so it’s room charge or card… i said neither- i paid for a fill breakfast your machines were broken you instructed me to go to the bar instead and grab my drinks…. it was just so unprofessional
