Like the proximity to Tirumala entry point. No restaurant in-house, but available very near 50 meters walking distance. Car parking was available both outside and inside the property, not an issue. Loved the early check-in and very budget-friendly. View from the room windows was amazing, facing the Seven Hills. Friendly staff and very helpful when approached. Reached the room late around 12:30 AM after dharshan and a staff was immediately out to help with parking. Overall, enjoyed the stay and facilities.

Restroom was leaking, fan and AC was not working properly. My one room was small however I was charged for same rates for both the rooms. My breakfast was included however I was charged for coffee. There were insects around

Amazing Service from Riyas Grand hotel. Especially the management staff are really very polite and very decent, calm and clean room with all the facilities. Over all I feel it's nice hotel to visit again 😊
