Literally Worst Hotel !! The staff the Old man at front Desk was terrible and Quite Rude

The hotel location is great. It's a very clean hotel.somenof the staff are friendly.

I was not well and asked the restaurant (within the hotel) to make me some lightly salted sauted vegetable. The chef point blank refused and I had to ask several times and explained that I am unable to eat anything else. After a lot of toing and froing,finally they agreed and brought really over boiled veg for me ! Not too pleased. The reception staff at check out made no attempt to ask if I enjoyed the stay ! Miserable and no smile. A bit surprised as no "hospitality" I personally don't think I would stay here again

Even if it’s a 3 star property, the basics should be up to date. The bathroom appliances needs updating and repair, couldn’t use the shower. The room has a weird humid smell and they used some cheap quality freshener when I asked to make the smell go away. The staff were not very hospitable. As a solo female traveler for work I was not very comfortable with all male staff.

This is one of the best hotels, and it is better than any good 5-star hotel. Fantastic room service, ideal for business hotels The staff provided very polite and prompt service. I would suggest some five-star hotels check their room service and the way they provide quick service.

This is a run-down 3Star property and they are listed as 4Star rating on Booking.com. The hotel is poorly maintained and managed. I had booked 2 nights but checked out after the first and found alternative accommodation.

Poor maintenance - from cleanliness to overall ambient upkeep Toilets have no separation of Wet - Dry areas.

Room was clean

Unprofessional staff, Check in Check out both took a very long time, Breakfast was bad, limited options

Good hotel, excellent staff, good facilities. Price could have been lesser.

High price of lunch and lesser choice.
