The rooftop was nice with a beautiful view, and location is in the city center.

The staff weren't that friendly, the check-in time was at 3:00 pm and the check out was at 12. The venue is old and needs to be renovated.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location - close to the medina, good restaurants and the beach.

I don’t even know how to start, it was awful :( The pictures you see here are a lie! The hotel is very old and dirty. A spider came out of the bed, dust all over the room. The curtain bath was never changed: it was dirty, greasy, the bottom was almost black. The toilet was leaking, a horrible smell. The sink didn’t have a drain and the mirror had black broken spots. The kitchen…. From the 60s, I kept the door shut in order to not cry. Old, dirty and without ANY kitchen utensils, not even a glass! Wifi — > didn’t work. Staff not helpful at all - except the cleaning ladies, that were friendly and polite. The beach: the pictures here shows a huge space of a private beach but there are only some few umbrellas and beach chairs that are very tight to each other. we saw a lot of guests complaining about the ac not working. 40 degrees celsius without ac! Finally, as a vegan, I suffered with the yellow bird locked in a cage, completely unnecessary :(

Nice location in Hammamet Nord

The receptionist gave me keys to an occupied room twice! Then to a room with no electricity, then to another one with a broken bathroom curtain. It took me 20 minutes to finally get in a room that has flies in the bathroom and a broken shower handle. Very poor service, to say the least

Nice swimming pool area and comfortable beds in a spacious room

There was building work (renovations?) going on in the room directly above ours when we arrived so could not get a siesta after our early morning flight into Hammamet. Every night the restaurant below the hotel played rubbish 90s disco music until 2.30am at full volume even though no one was even in there… who wants a meal to full volume disco music? If you are going to stay here request a room overlooking the gardens at the back of the hotel, unless you are into the 90s… Reception Staff (apart from the night porter and the cleaners who were all very sweet) were largely unhelpful and the female receptionist just rude and inconsiderate. She just left me standing at the desk on several occasions while she went off to serve others or go to the loo…!

Staff are amazing. I planned to stay for only 3 nights and move to another hotel for 4 nights, however, I ended up only staying there for 1 night and moving back to this hotel for the remaining 3 nights as the customer service here was so much better. Breakfast was usual continental, very humble but quite nice. Again, lovely staff in restaurant. Excellent rooftop pool, very beautiful views of the sunset. 10/10 location, just cross the road to the beach (30 seconds) and less than 2 minute walk down the road to Médina. Kid friendly hotel and area. They are very helpful and hotel is very safe and secure. Spa is great value for money.

Decor is a little dated. TV signal can be iffy.
