Property was beautiful and also so quiet so we were able to enjoy a sleep in. Staff were so lovely.

The room was quiet, comfortable, well equiped and a great size. Great bed and the kitchenette was a real bonus. The extra parking for a car and trailer was fantastic. The location being a little way from town made for a relaxing time. We will be staying again in future on our trips to the Sydney area.
Not having any staff on site for booking in after 5 was a bit strange. No personal welcome made it feel like you were on your own. Doing everything by text or online is not as nice as a real person.

Beds were amazingly comfortable. The rooms were large and TV channels selection was vast. Great self-contained units where you could heat up and keep meals if you want. Wi-Fi was very good as well.
I would have liked a dedicated work area but made do with the round table supplied. Always prefer a cooked breakfast, so a bit disappointed with the continental self-serve breakfast. It was a bit noisy with the train and Richmond Airforce across the road. But not too bad.

Excellent apartment The room was spotless, the staff were lovely and very helpful and having a lift to the second level is great. Bed was soooo comfortable - fantastic location as attended an event at the showgrounds opposite. Ate and drank at the Tavern next door - food was amazing, highly recommend.

bed. it was uncomfortable simply because mattress needs to either be flipped over or replaced. didn’t provide support.

Location was really good. Easily walked to the near by tavern for a meal. We stayed Friday and Saturday nights and it was very quiet. The room was a good size with large bed. Heating from air con was great as it was very cold outside overnight.
Shower sprays all over the floor so it can get slippery. There's no extraction fan in the bathroom, so lots of condensation.

Room was comfortable, powerful shower and great location for the horse races. Staff were friendly. Didn’t drive so didn’t use the parking but there was plenty parking. Would definitely return. Thank you.
Our key card stopped working after one day and had to get another. Reception was unmanned so waited around for 20 mins to do get a new card. Not a major issue. Just a little inconvenienced.

excellent reception and support . clean rooms , comfy beds and good value . nice setting nearby to a good pub with food.
unfortunately, the hallway had been painted with a very toxic oil based paint and the external doors left closed .The fumes were really bad in the hallway and also in our room. so much so I became sick . we had to call the out of hours manager who was lovely and moved us to the other block . they then ensured the doors were pinned open to let the fumes out.
I did have to leave a day early however as the fumes set off my asthma . a refund for the last day wasn't offered . which I felt should of been. however I really like the motel and it's the first time I've had an issue so will still definitely come back
I'm sure they realised their mistake with the paint and they were very kind.

The easiest after hours check in we’ve ever experienced! The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The rooms were very clean and full of everything we needed. We didn’t use the pool but there was a family using it, it looked very clean also. Definitely a wonderful stop-over or family holiday!
Honestly, can’t nit pick at anything!
