The service and the cleanliness of the room. The last trip I’ve left our trophy in the room and we totally forgotten about it. During this trip we were surprise that they handed it to us with a smile ! Great & honest staff they have yah😆
In the family room …
There is no fridge and closet for our clothes …unlike the other double room where my friend stayed they have covered closet & a mini fridge.

It was a simple breakfast that I ordered.
Two eggs and pancakes with coffee.
The TV cables were good.I got CNN and ESPN, maybe Fox I cannot remember.
The location is quiet and near the SM Mall.
Internet wifi in room was good.
It would be nice if they had a security box.
It is a safe location and there is someone there 24 hours a day, so it was not a big deal.
I had brought a security bag as I knew they did not have a security box

Good breakfast. Excellent location. Hot and cold water in shower. Good Aircon. Staff is the best.
small property so there's no place to relax outside the room; Even the resto was unavailable for use. Meals are served in the room.

The bathroom smell is not good.Also I saw a stain on the blanket.It seems it's already used blanket from the previous customer.
