The property locates in a quiet area. Only 10-20 minutes walk to 狸小路. There are 2 car parking spaces next to the hotel. The apartment is big, there're 3 Japanese style bedrooms, but just one bathroom and one toilet.

The location is far from JR station or bus stop. The washing machine can't dry the clothes. Just one toilet, if you stay with a big family, that should be a problem.

The room on ground floor is a bit noisy and there is only 1 mirror at the bathroom cum laundry area, and there is only washer no dryer and no drying rack/space for the clothes

new apartment, nice clean. seem challenge for taxi to find apartment. radius of 1km to cbd -can walk to main sight seeing and activities. Good for walking and browse around the Sapporo area. It is quite at night time, near beer distribution area, some industrial. Close to seven 7 and grocerries store and laundry mat shop. Good experiences and for family with 04 ++ people - good value of money. Overal nice and pleasan t - Sapporo is safe to walk at night time
