Very good service, facilities, and location. The location in Xintiandi is great. The staff are very polite and helpful.

We used the spa which was also excellent service and facilities. Easy to book appointments prior to arrival
Only fault is that I found the room a little bit too dark, ideal for sleeping but not so great when getting ready to go out

location is great, very central with lots of F&B around, breakfast quality and selection were excellent, although probably too expensive when paid at the hotel directly. concierge was also really helpful and kind.
staff at the check in was unclear and made the process slow and inefficient : we were surprised to have to pay for the full room fees upon check in and an additional 1000rmb/day for deposit.
carpet in room and common areas does not feel very clean, coffee machine in room did not work and was only replaced after we've asked for it 3 times and escalated the issue. Wifi is too weak to support video call.
overall the hotel feels a bit old, especially the bathroom and the TV that need an update.
Wish they would be more sustainable and stop using one time use shampoo soap etc

Bon petit déjeuner. Large choix, occidental ou asiatique.

asked for a quiet room before a long flight, still got given a room facing the noisy street.
breakfast suppose to start at 6:30am but no staff around to serve.

The location is very good. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast has good varieties. The room is clean, well equipped and best of all, has heated toilet.

Good location if you like atmosphere it’s the high end of shanghai. The bund nanjing road is two stops away line 10 on metro which is so easy. The Bund is a little tacky part of town besides the view at the Shanghai edition top floor which is tops… But if you like to have a night time coffee or smart casual eateries and go to a bar than stay here it’s buzzing every night. it’s a good place. Xintiandi

Location is fantastic
Fantastic view from the room
The outdoor Tea Terrace serves the most amazing tea and the staff are very attentive
The outside reception is very congested, we had to exit our car and walk as there was too much traffic at the main entrance to Hotel
Rooms are very small for China standards
Front Desk Staff were ok but very cold reception as we were early - not a good start as I had booked 5 rooms! Told to go take a walk and come back later. No information on surrounding area was offered and we were hurriedly gotten rid of. Bed was so saggy on both sides, I had to move around to find a flat surface in the middle. General furniture is well worn and needs a change.

The location is very good. everything is near from the hotel.
If the flooring is not carpet. just wood flooring or tiles. it was more clean and more healthful for clean.
