room was nice, clean, and cozy, love the apartment style. staffs were nice and very helpfull. I tried the breakfast once, and it was nice also. it was a set menu btw, not buffet. and what i love the most was the location, very near MRT station and various place to eat.

Inexpensive, comfy bed and spacious room.
The receptionist has given my brother and I an unwanted floor even though we asked her for a higher floor and and a considerably isolated room but instead she gave us two rooms right in front of the elevator. Also, we heared her talking on the phone saying to her colleague that we are Saudis which was weird to us.

Love the breakfast but thought that 6-9am was a bit too early. If you can make it 6AM to 10AM it would be more helpful. The wifi wasn't working after the 2nd or 3rd day of my stay so it was pretty unhelpful but the staff worked hard to help us address the issue.

Nagomi Suits could easily be your home away from home.
Exactly as shown on pictures, the suit feels very airy and and makes you feel very comfortable. It has everything you might need.
The staff are so very gentle, sweet and helpful.
Shout out to Lia who helped me a lot and gave me a lot of good advices. It meant the worldto me 🧡 as It was my first time traveling abroad + alone.
Next time I visit Jakarta I'll be stoping by there again.

Location was very good easy to reach Menteng, Kota Uta, Kemang.
The room was clean but the towels were quite old:(

the location is superb, short walk to the MRT Station, bunch of restaurants and food stalls in the area.
The facilities are nice. The hotel provides basic but high quality cookwares and dishes.
The staffs are exceptionally friendly and helpful, I was really impressed
the parking spot is a bit tight, but it’s better than no parking spot.
the garden in the balcony is a little bit overgrown for my taste, but maybe it was intentional

Location, kitchenette, full sized fridge, water dispenser, tub! The rooftop restaurant had a good view and gave an additional discount for hotel guests..
There was a very small leak on the ceiling in the corner near the balcony area.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, they gave free beverage at the newly open lounge that had a beautiful city view.. the location is very nice, near to Block-M that is within walking distance. the room is spacious, clean and had a complete amenities.. I love their wall garden for the view from the room..
Where is the microwave?? Too bad that there is no microwave in the room, unlike the picture

The room is quite spacious with kitchen available inside, so you can cook your dinner. Balcony with garden view is also a great place to enjoy your tea. The room and bathroom are clean. The staff is also helpful and friendly.
Hot water is not enough to fill the bathtub. I was informed by the staff that hot water capacity is only 25L and need 20-25 mins to reheat the water. But actually, after filling only 1/4 of bathtub and running out of hot water, even after waiting for more than 1 hour, the hot water is still not running. I wish they can add capacity of hot water so the guest can enjoy the bath well.
