The breakfast is fantastic. The environment and the reception accorded me is second to none. Looking back at my previous visits to Abuja, this hotel stands out for me as one of the best I have lodged in.
The staff should keep the smiling face and the love they show to all. These are excveptional class of staff who understand the meaning of hospitality. The management should keep what makes them happy going.

Wonderful staff, very polite and helpful. Spacious quiet comfortable room. Impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel. Delicious breakfast, great variety of foods. Nice swimming pool.
Ordering à la carte in the restaurant can take quite some time, but then again the meals were worth waiting for.

In a country where customer service doesn't rank high on anybody's agenda, the team at this hotel are incredible. Everyone, but especially Joseph, Dora, Chisolm & Faith are exceptional. This is a real TEAM and it sets this hotel apart from all others i've stayed at in Nigeria

It’s one of the best hotel experience I’ve had. The property it’s well situated in the city and the structure is very modern and functional .
I especially enjoyed the Spa services amongst other memomrable experience at this property.
I look forward to staying over there again whenever am in Abuja .

It’s a good location, not too far from the airport or shopping malls.
The concierge were very friendly and helpful.
The room was well prepared and very clean.
I also enjoyed my meal in the restaurant.
It’s the second time for me here and I’d stay again.
The only downside is that there were no hand towels in the bathroom.
I called to request one and although I was told one would be sent up it never arrived which is quite poor service.
The hotel wasn’t particularly busy and even so there’s no excuse.
Please do better.
