I like everything from location till staff, breakfast, view .

Uns hat während des Aufenthaltes vom 04. bis 11. September 2023 alles gefallen. Die Lage ist super: 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Zentrum. Der Blick von der Terasse auf das nächtliche Tbilisi ist wunderbar. Der Hausherr ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Die Damen in der Küchen sind sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung des Apartments lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir werden höchstwahrscheinlich wieder kommen.

Очень гостеприимные владельцы гостиницы, действительно стараются сделать все как можно лучше. Завтрак вкусный, не шведский стол, но все хорошо. В номере есть балкон, сам номер уютный, хотя и небольшой.

Номер не очень большой и очень темный. Главная проблема - от люстры очень мало света, читать невозможно. Я видел эту проблему в отзывах, и думал, что люди преувеличивают, но это действительно так! Очень темно... Учитывая площадь номера и темноту, соотношение цена/качество не очень хорошее.

It is very hommy and hospitable place where you feel yourself like you are visiting your Georgian relatives. Room is stylish , clean and cosy. Breakfast done by Georgian women who cooks at the open kitchen Great for families , couples and single travelers

Property : location is at walking distance to liberty square and feels in heart of town. Breakfast : Mrs. Erena (she is a gem) made it special for us by making us custom omlette and one day she prepared us chicken gravy. Other than that a continental breakfast. Rooms : As displayed in the photos, our room was "pine" and it had windows facing the ministry building and had a cross view of the Mtatsminda Mountain and Funicular. Since its a full furnished apartment it has all amenities like kitchen + washing + utensils + refrigerator Breakfast Area if beautifully made and has awesome views of city and the mountains. Would like to thank Mr. George for everything as he looked into all our requests and made our stay comfortable.

Property : Entrance near the lift area is a bit scary as there are sensor based lights and one near lift didnt work. (since its a more of a furnished property apartment, the management should look into it. Rooms : They should provide regular room/bathroom cleanup service (we had to ask them) Bathrooms : should have water spray installed.

All was good. We stayed for a night and liked too much. The location was perfect, the manager was supportive, the breakfast was nice. Many thanks!

The location is just perfect, within walking distance to almost many attractions and the nearby restaurants are quite good too. Highly recommended. Check-in was smooth though.

Parking is quite an issue, we parked our car at the Galleria Mall, price was reasonable.

The location of the building and views from our apartment were excellent. The kitchen and laundry were well equipped. The staff were helpful.

Difficult to find the entrance as there is no signboard outside and several entrances are located in the courtyard at the given street address. No lighting in front of the lift on the ground floor. One cannot reach the 6th floor, where all the apartments are, by elevator without a key. We did not have a local mobile connection on arrival and had to ask our taxi driver to call the manager's phone number for him to come downstairs and let us in. Not enough lighting in the room and in the bathroom. Shower gel was provided in a few tiny tubes that contained just enough for a couple of washes. More tubes were provided on request. No face tissues. The bed's wooden base had very sharp corners and limited walking space around it so that both of us got their legs scratched by those corners by the end of the stay. The bed had only two pillows, which were rather thin. The breakfast was plentiful but the main choice was limited to Russian style food: blini, cottage cheese, sour cream, tubs of Russian yoghurt-type dessert, boiled eggs, sausages, etc. However, Georgian salad, cut tomatoes and cucumbers were also always available and on some occasions we were offered oat porridge, fried vegetables, and fruits (still unripe, unfortunately). On request the kitchen staff made fried eggs for us.

Perfect place to stay, excellent breakfast and very friendly staff.

Very convenient location, 7 minutes walk to Feedom Square, the rooms are just like the photos, everything is clean, comfortable, it's nice to be there. The renovation is new, you can see it. All in modern style. Breakfast is delicious, but if you want to cook, there are kitchen utensils. Refresh after cleaning towels and bathroom accessories. George is very hospitable, friendly, helped me with my family in many ways. Thank you. My family happy.

The host himself — Grigoriy is an incredibly polite and hospitable person. He basically made the atmosphere very friendly and relaxed. The hotel itself is cozy and compact — everything you need.

Hard to find for the first time.

Me and my family had stayed for a week and we enjoyed our stay. Rooms are spacious and with all equipments and facilities that you need. Our Host Mr George and his team of Ladies staff are doing excellent job. Lady who prepare delicious omelette and others who were cleaning our room and taking care of us while having breakfast at the terrace with view of mountains, cable chair and mother of Georgia statue. The location of property is exactly the center of the city. Walkable distance from Freedom square, Galleria Mall and many bars and restaurants.

The room was spacious and clean, with all amenities - including a washer and dryer. The location was excellent - a few minutes from Freedom Square but on a quiet street with restaurants, groceries and pharmacies close by. The breakfast was excellent - made to order! George was a helpful host who was happy to help us with any questions or concerns.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Tbilisi! The one room and living room layout was perfect for my needs, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and I appreciated the well-maintained kitchen with all the necessary amenities. Having both a dryer and washing machine was a real convenience, making it easy to refresh my clothes during my stay. The location was also fantastic, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.
