Clean bedroom. Provided complimentary water daily.

AC smelt very very bad (AVOID ROOM 205) asked staff to change rooms but they refused and sprayed the room with air freshener. After I said I would not pay for my next stay they said we could change rooms. No apologies or any hospitable customer service. Also prior to this I asked for tissue for our room and they did not bring any. Also be prepared for a cold shower. I’ve been travelling for 6 months and this is the first time I had complained about a hotel and the staff dealt with this in the worst way possible. Also, Location of the hotel is in an unsafe area.

The staff were very friendly and the place was decent. The staff also helped with taking out the luggage from the car and putting the luggage in too. The staff was the highlight. We got welcome snacks from them. You get what you pay for.

The bed sheets were not clean. However, when we asked the staff to change it, they did it immediately with no questions asked. The location was near the train station, so the traffic was particularly bad where it was not moving for about 5 to 10 minutes. The tuk tuks could swerve in and out but the cars were stuck. If you are not driving and walking to the train station, then it is a good location.

Когда уже имеешь опыт брони отелей в Индии и незабываемого соотношения «ожидание-реальность», ничего хорошего от отеля близ Мейн Базара не ждешь 😂 но отель правда очень приятный, чистый. Не люкс, разумеется, но находиться там очень комфортно. Горячая вода есть, фен (тот который в ванной и тот, который в комнате на потолке), кондиционер, удобная постель, хорошие подушки, холодильник. Ну, и главный шок - белое, правда чистое(!!!) постельное белье. Первый раз за 3 месяца в Индии мне не пришлось просить его поменять. Еще очень милый и внимательный персонал. Завтраки тоже вполне себе (омлет, блинчики, выпечка, хлопья, вареные яйца.

Мне понравилось все. Вопросов нет

This hotel was the greatest one I ever stayed in India (at same grade) . Looks Brand New, a gorgeous bathroom with western style and has shower falling from ceiling (like rain, amazing !!) enough hot ! And many modern indirect lighting in the room --The room has coffee cup , coffee and tea sets, a coffee pot, a refrigerator, a dryer and good bathroom amenity including tooth brush sets . including breakfast...and welcome drink like water and juice and snacks. Hotel staff is very friendly and kept my luggage before leaving.. and when I came back to the hotel, the staff gave me a water bottle.. The location is wonderful. Close to New Delhi Station but very quite area. And I just paid around US $30 but this hotel is valuable double or triple( maybe $80-90/night) Another hotel which close to Ritz was not good ( no electric key card, old style bath room, no breakfast ) though it was same price.. The property compared to the location it was on, it was nice Lydbrook designed. Rooms were small size but it had pretty much everything needed.

No windows and rooms were small in size. The staff were a bit clingy at times and bit oversmart trying to charges us more money in person than what booking.com was showing. Location was weird, a passing alley seemed very messy and dirty.

とても快適に過ごすことが出来ました。水回りも綺麗ですし、何よりもスタッフの方々のホスピタリティは素晴らしいです。困ったことがあっても、SHIVAMさんやIZHARさんが優しく対応してくれました。ありがとうございました。

周辺のホテルと比べると、少し高めです。しかし、相応のサービスは受けることが出来ます。
