Great location for all the sights downtown at a reasonable price. Comfortable and quiet.

Property was great. But had a hard time finding an open restaurant on Saturday morning for breakfast. Even the one advertised in the elevator was closed.

The location of the room was good and the bed was nice and big.

The room didn't feel super clean and the walls were quite thin.

We liked the kitchenette and washing machine.

Didn’t like being charged a “ security fee” on our credit card. NZ$100. When I questioned this it was dropped to $50 which will only be refunded after 10 days!! And then the onus is on me to check my bank account to make sure it’s refunded. How ridiculous when the hotel already has my credit card details and if they had enough staff they could check our room for damage on checkout. And no other hotel in NZ has charged such a fee.

Everything about our stay was great, room, location, etc. **Except it took 1 month to return our bond**

Only after checking out, I was advised that the $100 bond on my account would take 10-15 working days to be returned. 18 days later it still hasn't. Any pre-authorised pending payment should be returned to your account within 5 days. **Update, bond return after 1 month**

Location was good. a descent walk down to the harbour, local to shops and restaurants.close to the sky tower. Fridge and tea making facilities in the room. Bed was very comfy and air conditioning worked very well

There were no drawers in the room, but there was a large footstool, only use for this was to put the case on but a unit with drawers would be more useful.

Overpriced for a small room

The room was comfortable and clean. It has air con which was great. The room had everything we needed. The hotel is close to the Sky tower and many nice cafes

One of the lifts was out during our stay but the hotel was fixing this.

The breakfast was okay, could do better, the room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was pretty knowledgeable about the place an places of interest, definitely will go back there, I highly recommend Ramada suites

There was nothing that I didn’t like , only if the had a restaurant or a cafe in the place

Close to the venue of where we needed to be and close to viaduct as well we walked and scootered to where we wanted to go, easy as we had booked a carpark so left the car there

Good facilities in the room - dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. Good location - 5 minute walk to the waterfront.

Staff could have been friendlier. Car parking was expensive @$45 per night.

Location is near Queen Street and the harbor. . Very clean and quiet room.

Great central location, staff very easy to deal with . Room is a good size. Nice in room tea and coffee options, fridge and good shower.

There needs to be a small lamp by the bed rather than the ceiling lights. Not so great for working as no desk. Rooms facing Vic st even on third floor are very loud from street noise. I’ve stayed on graham st facing rooms which are way quieter. As a corner room the heat pump air con just blows on hallway wall meaning room is very warm and for new ac it is very loud. Very little ability to set fan level.

Kitchen and laundry in unit. Location was good

Bed was terrible - far too soft and saggy. Curtains were inadequate - let in light above.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, aber ruhig, so dass man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Geschäfte, Cafes und Restaurants auch fußläufig erreichen kann. Die Rezeption ist nur tagsüber besetzt. Hier werden ausschließlich Studios und Apartments vermietet und ansonsten gibt es kein Restaurant, Bar oder andere Aufenthaltsräume. Unser Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet mit Küche, Sofa und Esstisch für vier Personen, sowie ein gesondertes Schlafzimmer und Bad (mit Waschmaschine und Trockner). Alles war neuwertig, komfortabel und sauber. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt hätte man hier sich auch selbst verpflegen können, da genügend Platz und eine ordentliche Einrichtung vorhanden ist. Wir sind vom Flughafen mit einem Pendelbus gekommen und die Bushaltestelle lag gar nicht weit vom Hotel entfernt. Wir würden dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

Längere Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption, das Personal selbst war aber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend; alle Unterkünfte in dieser Lage sind verhältnismäßig teuer. Wir konnten einen Sparpreis erwischen und waren daher mit dem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sehr zufrieden.

Superbement placé à 200 m de la Sky Tower (très pratique pour arriver et aller à l’aéroport avec la navette SkyDrive), très proche du port et de la mer mais aussi du mont Éden, très bien équipé avec notamment machine à laver avec lessive et sèche linge, lave vaisselle, propre et récent
