Lindo lugar, tenía de todo. La cama muy cómoda y el desayuno muy rico

El jacuzzi exterior estaba sucio, el portón para el auto no cierra solo, había que bajarse a cerrarlo. Podrían considerar entregar un numero de telefono o un control a cada huésped, que se devuelva al irse. El restaurant solo funcionaba para el desayuno. Mal aprovechado. Solo habia 1 jabón; habia que llevarlo a la ducha y devolverlo al lavatorio..

San Pedro de Atacama has connectivity/signal issues so the wifi needs to improve

The place was interesting had a good pool and good outside area, the common areas were fantastic but you don’t stay in those areas. our room was lovely but the hotel needs a bit of TLC. They look like they are expanding and hope to be a top hotel but they need to fix a few things now. They are adding a gym but they should fix other stuff first We had cold or tepid showers for 2 days so they need to fix things like that. Atacama is not a fancy place so in that respect the hotel was above standard for the town. This place could be fantastic

Just needs a bit of a tidy up and a good handyman to fix a few things Shower in room 9 needs fixing

Loved the pool and the rooms with balconies. The staff was really welcoming and helpful.
