Very friendly staff; they make you feel at home; excellent breakfasts; great swimming pool; if you want fine dining; ox club is a place to go;
Their roasted peanuts that they serve with a beer were gorgeous; never have I eaten such amazing nuts…

Amazing staying.
Great price for value and amazing service.
All the staff is extremely nice, facilities are great and even the restaurant is superb!
7.0
Absolutely fine but not memorable at all. For the price is good value as a base to see the temples but not a hotel to stay in to relax in the hotel.
The breakfast was basic with not many options.

the staff was really amazing, super friendly, one of the best attentions I’ve ever gotten. hotel is nice, the room is really big and comfortable and price is really fair
it is a little bit old and it could improve by modernizing

The pool, the room, the staff and location were very good.
The breakfast was very limiting, and many of the few bakery products looked stale

Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds comfortable. Pool area was very pleasant and the gym was well equipped. Breakfast was of a high standard - particularly if you want to eat local Khmer dishes for which there were several stations.
Lots of tuk tuks parked outside made it easy to go out for dinner and to explore Angkor. (I recommend tuk tuks over an air conditioned car. we’ve tried both and on a very hot day the wind blowing through your hair is better than the artificial cool of AC and is a much more fun experience. the tuk tuk drivers have an ice box and will provide cold water bottles at each stop).
Had a free transfer but the driver was 15 minutes late picking us up. This is not a very big deal but it was 38 degrees and we’d travelled internationally with kids so it wasn’t a great start having to walk around looking for our driver.
From the reviews I was under the impression that there would be certain privileges to staying on the Privilege Floor such as a champagne reception, free mini bar and club lounge. These perks only come if you have booked a special expensive package. In fact there are absolutely NO perks over staying in the main hotel and in fact there are none of the special extra touches that most hotels in this class offer. We were checked in at the main hotel reception and it was literally just a room with the standard toiletries, breakfast, and a one way transfer which are things that hotels a fraction of the cost in Siem Reap also offer. The hotel staff were always very pleasant but no one ever went out of their way to check in with us on how our trip was going or to offer any service or advice once we had checked in. I have stayed several times in Siem Reap and have found other hotels to offer better luxury for less money.

Excellent breakfast, very spacious hotel and impressive lobby.
Friendly staff.
Disappointing room, the consol to work the lighting was just so difficult and impractical. Cramped bathroom bench space, very few nice toiletries and old fashioned shower. Asked reception to attend to several things and did not get any follow up from management.
Not 5 star!

Superb resort hotel of the highest quality. Excellent breakfast, superb room and amazing staff. Beautiful pool area, gardens and traditional Khmer artwork. Lovely bathroom and the Wifi was excellent throughout the property and it was a pleasure to stay there.
Such a minor thing but the electronic programming of the electrics didn’t allow me to charge the phone at the bedside table without the lights being on.

Beautiful facility, great restaurant, awesome breakfast buffet, and everyone from the front desk, to the servers, to the housekeepers, are absolutely warm and wonderful and friendly.
nothing at all!

Very well maintained hotel. Every little thing was taken care of. Very clean and elegant. Staff were nice and very very helpful. Very nice pool and Gym
A little far from city center if you want to walk, but you take Tuk Tuks to everywhere so it is not a problem (5 min ride by Tuk Tuk to city center)

Ideally situated in the town.
Facilities are well decorated with traditional carvings.
Staff is extra kind.
The breakfast is just ok, price is a bit expensive but the area is very touristy.

Staff was amazing. Andy was so helpful in arranging everything we needed from tours to dinners. The staff was even able to find a ring that we lost in the spa. Massages were fantastic. The cold and warm pools in the spa area are very nice.
The women's sauna wasn't warm enough. I asked for the temperature to be raised but they couldn't change it. The men's sauna area was much nicer and has a very hot sauna. The steam room wasn't hot enough either.

Cambodian style and friendly staff .
Staff responded quickly to issues.
food was poor and choice limited .
No entertainment as stated on their website and bar does not do any happy hour.
my first room ( changed because of noise from band playing next door) needed a refurbishment . 2 nd room better but door lock needed to be replaced. If want Cappuccino at breakfast they charge $3.50 extra?

The property has a traditional nice look and feel. The rooms are big and comfortable. There is a nice pool area.
The aircondition is blowing cold all the time even if you adjust. There is some odd control panel for lights, aircon and TV next to the bed but this is quite useless and confusing. There is a lack of life in the property, maybe because the location is not right centrally. While other hotels have lively bars and restaurants this place is dead at night. We did not really understand what is Privilege here. There is little added value. The free water bottles they hide in some drawer where nobody would expect them. Power plugs next to bed are hidden behind the tables. At breakfast they want to charge $3,50 extra just to get a decent coffee.

Everything from the moment we arrived at the hotel to when we left The welcome was perfect. The Architecture is stunning. The food is exceptional. The Staff, everyone bar none, are the most amazing, warm, caring and generous people with their wonderful hospitality I’ve ever met in all my travels around the world.
Nothing, it is the best facility I’ve ever had the pleasure to experience.

It's an impressive building. You are welcomed by really friendly and attentive staff. It has a huge pool and a hot and cold yacuzzi, a huge gym.
The breakfast was the best I have had so far with many options and 3 stations with a la carte options.
The cafe by the pool was a bit pricey, but the food and cocktails were good.
The photos on Booking don't do it justice.
All in all, it was a perfect place to relax.
We were sad to leave.

Everything. The staff was super friendly, the room was huge and had a big terrace, big TV with a lot of international channels, a breakfast buffet with a lot of options, a nice pool in front of the bar, a bathroom with a tub.
Not much. The only thing was maybe the quality of the soap in the bathroom (you may be better off bringing your own soap bar), the lack of vegan milk alternatives for breakfast, and the fact that some of the staff doesn't speak English (although they will usually call someone who does). Also, not a problem with the hotel but just a reminder for guests: be careful not to flush the toilet paper because the toilet will clog as the water pressure is pretty low.

Everything is excellent .
Breakfast is superb.
The internet is patchy - especially inside the room - you will have to fiddle for a good spot when in bed.

Our stay was absolutely incredible!! From the VIP guest check in to the daily breakfast (excellence in variety and quality) to the pool to the outdoor bar...The place was exceptional and went above and beyond. Phin was always so helpful! This is a steal for the price. Also, the high-end restaurant onsite is quite a night of luxury. It's over the top in decor but in a good way. You will feel like a royalty here! Thanks to everyone who made our stay so AMAZING!
Perfect.

Rooms are spacious and clean, very nicely decorated.
Honestly nothing.

Great hotel with beautiful interior and dominating wooden furniture and sculptures. Nicely decorated rooms. All in tropical park with inviting swimming pool. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Our personal assistant Phin made us feel very much "at home". Met us at airport and arranged our tours. Explained a lot about Cambodia as this was our first visit. We will definitely return to repeat the experience.

This hotel is incredible. Unfortunately not all the areas were open like the jacuzzi but they have only just opened back to tourists so the hotel was very quiet I would 100% stay back here when back in Siem Ream.
The gym was the best I have ever seen 8n a hotel. Top end equipment.
Room was great, staff were great. Stay here for value for money and great location.
I loved all of it.
