We had a 4 bedroom suite. All was clean. Nice rooms and nice dining and living room area. Not too far away from the river and nice restaurants. Transport to and from Hotel went without any problems. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help.

Service was amazing, this place has definitely improved a lot compared to the previous reviews. I was really surprised that on the day we checked in the manager was at the front desk greeting us and explaining everything we needed to know about the hotel. Contary to some other reviews, I thought the bathrooms were great. Towels were changed everyday and there were extra towels too. I saw previous reviews about the water not being hot enough and was a bit worried, but it wasn't a problem at all. You just needed to not put the shower at max water pressure (which was ridiculously strong anyways at max power) and/or adjust the max temperature of the water heater under the sink. Most importantly, the shower has a glass enclosesure with doors! I've been to so many hotels in southeast Asia where the showers were small and didn't have much of a separation from the toilet. Much less a door. Just don't point the shower head towards the door and it won't be messy. The beds were amazingly comfortable, it's a shame that my schedule was so busy I couldn't spend much more time sleeping in them. The room I stayed in had a random jacuzzi in the bedroom. I couldn't help but laugh out loud when I saw it for the first time. I didn't use it but I guess if you want to have a romantic bath time with your significant other it would be useful. The electric sockets were all international friendly and the ones in the bedrooms also had usb plugs. I didn't need to use my adapter at all. Swimming pool use is by reservation and you can book up to 2 hours for private use. I think this is better because then you don't have to deal with other people, especially families with rowdy kids.

Pictures of the room weren't super exact to the ones shown in the room previews but overall the rooms in the 3-bedroom suite were still spacious and nice. I was really excited at the prospect of having a slide from the second floor to the first, but I'm gonna guess that's only in the 4-bedroom suite. My only complaint is that I wish the beds had 2 normal pillows instead of the 3 decorative square pillows that weren't really usable except for as a backrest.

We enjoyed our stay here so much we've stayed a second time. The rooms are clean and spacious and well-designed, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and they have have a small gymboree for the kids and a swimming pool too. I highly recommend it.

Benviar Tonson Residence is a fantastic choice for long stay with family or friends. The generous-sized and thoughtfully decorated rooms are perfect for entertaining or spending time together. The residence has a lovely family-run feel about it and all the staff are warm and accommodating. Dara, the manager is a national treasure and made our stay such a joy.

Its an older style building so sound-proofing is not great, but there’s plenty of space.

Too far from main road. There is a free shuttle tuk tuk but it only starts at 10am. Would be good if the shuttle tuk tuk starts earlier.

The place is really clean and spacious and the staffs are really friendly. They speak fluent English as well.

The place is approx 10 mins walk away from Chit Lom BTS and there isn't really anything much to see while walking towards there. But thankfully the hotel provide free tuk tuk service to fetch you to the Chit Lom BTS station.

Stayed here with my partner and friends, we booked the 4 apartment suite. It's a very trendy apartment and all of us were satisfied with the whole place! One of the room even has a theme of its own and it really does feels like home. Their housekeeping are very efficient and comes daily to clean up the apartment. Staffs were in their desk 24/7 and you were able to keep your door key with them every time we were out. Every part of the apartment was very clean and tidied! Will definitely be back here and recommend for friends & family staycation.

Location is not ideal as you have to take a mode of transport out every single time however, this is something we are already aware of before booking this apartment. They do complimentary of tuktuk service but to only 1 drop off point which is chitlom station. Would suggest the management to put more "drop-off" points for tuktuk service to the favourite spots: Platinum Shopping mall, Siam station for convenience purpose.

Only the location itself. I had to run my errands on Wireless Rd so it was very convenient for me.

It turned out to be an old building renovated into a hotel/apartment. Compared to the price I paid, I'd rather pay a bit more to stay at a real hotel.
