Room wasnt ready at 5pm. The day after they didnt clean our room, so we have to call and asked them to clean

Apart from volcanoes trips not much else for tourists.

Well located, walking distance to lots of restaurants and food stalls. Clean.

They don't seem to be familiar with the booking.com system. It's annoying when your booking was confirmed by booking.com (free cancelation until 23.59 the night before, pay at the property), but the property contacted me a day before and insisted that I have to pay for the whole stay otherwise they would sell the room for other people who needed a room. Weird. Maybe booking.com needs to review the partnership with this property.

The hotel staff was very fast response to all requests.

The location is very good, walking distance to many coffee shops and restaurants. Room size & the cleanliness is good, all the staff and security are very good. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Bandung.

Maybe the tea & coffee selection in the room can be improved and more choices.

staffs are kind. Especially the service from Ms. Gina and breakfast buffet members are professional. It was my first visit to Bandung and Indonesia and gave me a good memory.

Will be better if there is more option for foreigners. Such as cream or vegetable soup and small sandwiches.
