Apartment but no stove to cook,WiFi poor signal, cleanliness bad,have telephone but useless not working,cleaner bad attitude,TV pls replace

Near malls, within walking distance. Lots of tourist spots within eyesight, riverside was walkable. public space ambience was fine, looked nice. Pokestops and portals within room distance.
Rooms look like the top of the range.. for the 1980s. Room enviroment controls didn't seem to work (old style faceplate controls). Room phones not provided (guess guests expected to use own phones). Fridges not provided in rooms, if that is your thing.

Great location in the centre of Kuching within easy walking distance of museums, the river and good food. The staff were efficient and friendly.
This Merdeka Palace desperately needs some major renovation, it shows signs of neglect. This is particularly the case with the swimming pool and the access to it through a derelict bar area. It was sad to see the faded opulence of what was once a grand hotel.

location wise very convenient, the room very dirty and smelly.
only 1 elevators working for the whole floor during our stay.

Hotel quite run down, rooms really need to upgrade, bed mattress have to replace, uncomfortable to sleep.

Loved the view given to my room on Level 2 but in the future hopefully i will get a higher level room to view the whole Kuching city
Theres no chiller in my room but thats is a small matter as i got a room without tv at the other hotel before. And also theres no disposable slipper available in my room.

TV was supposed to be in all the bedrooms but only 1 in living room and not fuctioning , plumbing issues , toiletries only cater to 1 bedroom, couch was notbin good condition.
