Unforteunately, the very nice couryard is due to the ACs quite noisy.

Almost everything. Room service options are limited and non responsive.
No mosquito net with mosquitoes in the room.
They missed preparing my takeaway breakfast despite having requested the night before.
Noisy neighbour could hear them talking till 1 am.

Coming here since 2005. Great place and location for business and travel in-out of the country. Very friendly staff, same management it seems for almost 20 years, excellent Indian food, nice breakfast, nice little and quite place to stay.

I had a great stay at the Protea hotel. The setting was beautiful, particularly the courtyard at night. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive and fulfilled all of my requests. The room was really comfortable and the food was delicious!
The pool could be cleaned more regularly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I found the food at the hotel restaurant to be quite good. The gym was small but well-equipped. The room was comfortable, very clean, and well-furnished.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is one of a kind. wish it went longer pass 10am (at least on weekends). Great place to stay, especially if you have business in the downtown area.

Feel-good oasis in the best location. Short-distances to the city center and the ferry nor to Masaki and Coco Beach.
Friendly staff, good breakfast and restaurant, stylish facilities (Tiffany), nice pool and fitness room with working equipment. And silent nights for a very good sleep.

It was a pleasant enough stay but did not meet expectations. Food was very good however.. Top quality.
Mosquitos in room. Old room and decor. No sun at pool. Limited gym. Limited good lounging space. Poor bar and settings area.

One of the beds in the twin room we had squeaked with every movement and it was next to the toilet door.
