不備が多かった、ベビーベッドの不具合は危険すぎるため最終チェックを行い必ず設置して欲しい。 先週友人が宿泊し、哺乳瓶の消毒を行ってもらったと聞いたため、やってもらえるのか確認したら断られた。部屋ごとで対応が違うのであれば、明記していてほしい。

部屋が広いし、お風呂に湯船があった‼️

The location is so convenient. If you have events at the aichi expo, definitely recommend.

The hotel is in the airport, so it’s very convenient and many restaurants are near by.

I love so many things about Centrair. I love how the hotel smells! The hotel smells really really nice, especially once you enter tye lounge on your way to the Pacific bldg. I love how it is so comfy. My room has a view of the runway, so we are watching the planes arriving and departing during breakfast in the room---and you cannot hear the planes❤️. There is a vacuum sealing machine at tye lobby for compressing your clothes (100¥ for 5 min usage). Their breakfast is a mix of Western and Japanese dishes. I love the fact that it does not come out in huge trays---so that certain batch won't be sitting there for a long time. I really love Centrair hotel. Many things to do around. It is literally beside the Terminal 1--- 5-10mins, we were at our check in counter. We stayed here for 3 nights,, so we were really relaxed before our flight out of Japan.

Good location, very convinence for access to check-in at Chubu Centrair international airport. A lot of food and restaurants in airport.

I liked the hotel location. The view from window was pretty, It was near the airport. The hotel staff were very helpful and very nice . They helped me with lots of stuff. The breakfast was good.

There was no food service at night which I can order from my hotel room.
