We had booked for two nights. We couldn’t sleep at night from the noise from the JMPD shift change officers. I tried reporting it the issue to reception for a room change and I was told I can’t be helped which was quite bizarre for me as the hotel wasn’t fully booked. For two full nights, our sleep was continually disturbed

The family rooms are old fashioned, smelling carpets making it difficult to stay and sleep in the room. I had to buy a very string air freshner the following day to spray the carpets. The bathtub and shower is messy when you shower as the rubbers are worn out.
In the other room the bed was against the wall and it is difficult to get out of the bed, you have to jump over another person. The headboard is directly next to the bathroom door....
