I was disappointed with my room , I had specifically reserved a room with a sea view, but instead was given a basement room that lacked any kind of view. it was disappointing to not receive the room that I had reserved .

bit cold steps r not suitable for my parents ( no stair railing to hold onto to go up and down)

no lift to go up the restaurant & terrace shame we wanted to use them to eat & enjoy

I liked the view and the breakfast.

The villa only had one working shower out of the two but it sprayed water everywhere and onto the wooden floor. Only one bedroom had a working AC. There were no cooking utensils and only a tiny pot to cook with if you wanted to use the stove. There was no wifi. The villa had a sofa bed but there were no extra pillows or linens for it. This was the most expensive stay we've had in Tangier. Stay someplace else. We've had nicer apartments for far cheaper than here.

The location of the pool was just a few feet from our apartment. The pool and the trees and grass around it are beautifully designed. The receptionist the male and female were very helpful.

The location of the resort is some distance from the city centre, which requires a taxi for places like KFC,McDonald’s and Burger King and other restaurants. The currency exchange locations are far away from the resort. Although my experience in Morroco was pleasant, the price of food and taxi fares were higher than expected, I’m not sure if this is due to inflation or the taxi drivers charging at their own discretion. If the taxi drivers are charging more than they should, then I suggest the local authorities in Tangier should investigate and monitor. Charging more taxi fares is not good because it will eventually put tourists off from using taxis, which then wouldn’t help the local economy. I understand that most Morrocans speak French fluently. I would also suggest that they learn to speak English fluently, because many people from the UK also visit Morroco. Speaking English fluently will help bring more tourists from the UK.
