Good location within walking distance to restaurants, shops and beach
There is no tissue and body washing provided on the property. The hand washing was run out. So we had to go to a local store to get those items.
Also we are family of 4, but there are only two beds set up for us. So our son shared the same bed with me and my husband.

The studio apartment was very nice and cosy. It's modern and decorated very well so that it gives you good vibes. Everything was in order and clean. There is also a microwave and a fridge. Very central position, close to the beach and the main street.
The table is a little bit small and the kitchen doesn't have a stove so there is no possibility to cook. Everything else was ok.

It was such a nice stay!! We absolutely loved the room and the cleanliness! There was so much space and the bed was super comfortable. The room had almost everything we needed but the host was so helpful!
Only minor things:
The wifi information we were given didn't work and wasn't able to connect to any device including the tv
Tv kept loosing signal
The DVD player was also unable to connect so we weren't able to watch any of the DVDs

Clean new studio and very well located.
Basin water outlet was not in good order. Water stuck in basin and does not flow down normally.
Unit is well located behind Lorne Hotel and the Lorne World name can confuse guest. Should be simply called Lorne Bay View.

garbage truck at rear of hotel at 7 in the morning. while we expected noise we felt this was a little early.

Behind a pub. Early morning (6.30am) noise collecting pub rubbish (mainly the crashing of empty bottles).

This was a cute California bungalow type room with a huge deck and fantastic view. Everything we needed was there, even a nice crisp bottle of white wine on our arrival. At our visit, it was “touchless” checkin so we never actually met the staff, however, we had a couple questions during our stay and text responses were immediate.

Great location and super comfy king bed!
The single bed mattresses were very soft and were made up with one large sheet folded over as opposed to single bed sheets.

Great consideration for customer care. All contingencies were catered for. Loved the decor and facilities. Highly recommend.
